Tomorrow from 8am-around 1pm, I will be in a testing center where I only get short breaks.
I'm doing a modified version of Ox's diet, and I won't be able to get a protein source in, just some almonds. So tomorrow will be like this:
7am-5 eggs
hopefully around 10- almonds
1:30- etc.
Could I catch up on my protein throughout the day? (from 1:30-whenever i go to bed)
tomorrow is also my cheat meal which will be the last meal of the day, so I could probably get extra protein with my pizza from adding a hamburger in there.

Eat more before and more after, get your protien in, dont skip it, just add it to a few more meals....eat a big breakfast before hand.....but stick to your diet....

So it'll be fine if I stick to my daily macros? Example-
my diet is:
meal 1-5 eggs
meal2-tuna,pb
Meal 3-36 grams whey,pb
Meal 4-chicken,evoo
Meal 5-36 grams whey,almonds
Meal 6-chicken,evoo
So tomorrow I could do-
Meal 1-5 eggs, with my serving of chicken
Meal 2-almonds
Meal 3-whey,pb
Meal 4-chicken,evoo
Meal 5-whey,evoo
Meal 6-cheat meal

Yea that should work, I think it would be best to load up, eat a big meal, before the test, so that you are not fasting as long as if you only ate 5 eggs....Too much protien is not a bad thing, and if it is your cheat meal day any way, I would not be too worried about it..Just make sure you give your body something to feed off while you are testing..Then when you are done, slam some more food to make up the differance...and take a big bag of almonds..
This one day wont mess you up to bad....

Just have the same amount of macros, just in larger meals.
But the almonds sound like a good snack at the testing center so that you are at least getting in some calories.

Not sure I would have created a thread over this, but prolonging your meals a bit will not kill you.
