Got that recipe from a WeightWatchers cook book. I LOOOOVE cheese cake, once in a while on a bulk, it's my fav dirty food.. but that recipe could make it cut-friendly. Tastes absolutely awesome, you will feel guilty eating it even if it's not too trashy.
You will need
- 6 cholocate graham cookies (2.5 inch), crushed down to a rough powder. Some groceries sell it already crushed.
- 575 ml (2.5 cup) of ricotta cheese, partly skimmed (2-4%)
- 120g(4oz) of fat-free creamy cheese(philadelphia does the trick)
- 0.5 cup of white sugar. If you want to limit sugar as much as possible, I guess you could swap it with splenda..
- 0.25 cup of cacao sugar-free powder
- 1 whole egg
- 45ml flour
- 30 ml amaretto(disarono.. yummy)
- 5ml of vanilla extract
- 30ml of chocolate chips, low sugar
1. Preheat the oven at 300F. Spray the bottom of a cake pan (the kind you can remove the bottom so you don't rip off the sides.. not sure of the english term) with unsticky spray. Spread the graham powder in the pan.
2. With a blender, blow down to shit ricotta, cream cheese, sugar, chocolate, egg, flour, cacao, amaretto and vanilla.
3. Cover the graham chunks with the cheese stuff. Cook in the oven for about 1h30, or until you can insert a knife in the middle and it goes out clean. Let it cool off completely. Cover and put in refregirator for at least 3 hours.
bonus! cover the top with any berries you have near, raspberries are awesome land..
Per serving (1/8), 99 cals, 2g of fat (1 sat), 17g carbs(mostly sugar.. sorry.), 3g prot
Enjoy!
