I am currently on a cut. Not a hey i wish i could lose a few pounds and look good for the ladies cut. A the cut of my life trying to be the best shape i can be and going for an all american spot/ national title as a collegiate wrestler. I have the nutrition down i was just curious what my workout should look like.

I tried using the search function and couldnt really find a good thread that had cut workouts in it and there wasnt much in the trainning on the pak site. So if anyone wants to post some cut style weight tranning workouts i would appreciate it. thanks brothers and sisters of iron.

Everybody's different and everyone reacts differently to certain types of training. And IMO cutting is 90% diet, 10% weight lifting. If your diet is on then everything else will fall into place. The most important thing to remember is finding the right amount of protein, carbs and fats to sustain the muscle mass you already have b/c if any of those arent' where they should be you'll lose weight, but it will be in the form of muscle and not fat.

As far as work outs go I'd suggest keeping the intensity level up. If that remains high your set and rep scheme can be fairly broad. The most important thing is that mind/muscle connection. Hit it hard, then get out and recover. And if the nutrition is spot on and your form on each lift is correct, you should be ripped and cut in no time. GO HARD BRO!!

stick to using heavy weights that is what gets your muscle thats what will keep them there...clean up your diet...stay high on the protien side and low on the carb side...cardio, cardio cadrio....and a tan helps to show cuts too!
