Its a tough one... but I'd have to go with G Diesel. Inspiring stuff, bro.
Hard to say!! this must be a multiple choice poll. I pick up G-Diesel. I love Diary of Mad Man, Money Mentality and My Mantra is Sacrifice. The House, Schak and Bulldog are good Authors as well…
…But to tell you the true my all time favorite article is Intensity Or Insanity Chronicles by John Defensis.. That articles put me on fire!!!
I honestly think this site has some of the best writers\write ups I have read. I have to give the nod to G-Diesel though. Diary of a Madman is brilliantly written.

Well, I have always found G Diesels articles to be the most motivating, but I gotta go with Sgt. Rock on this one. I love his Blue Collar Diet articles, and his deadlifting articles helped to light a fire under my ass and get my weights up. I would like to see some more from him

My two main men are House and G. House for being just up the road and a definite target of where I want to be. G. for inspiration, motovation, drive, and didcation. Sorta like that 'song" on the radio at the right time. The day has your azz dragging and then "kerblamo" a solid post of wisdom and strength.

G Diesel's articles inspire the heck outta me. he has dictated many things in my past 2-3 years of my life. i am much more of a clean soul because of it and i am appreciative of it.
but honestly every author there has contributed to kicking my ass and making me intelligent in my approach to bodybuilding.

I think they're all inspirational. But when I need a little kick in the ass before I head to the gym, I read "The Journey." Wrath makes analogies to life that I can identify with. He says it like it is - no BS.

All good, but Wrath gets me to kick my own ass.

G is one articulate wordsmith. What I like about Animalpak.com is that all the articles are genuine--written by the athletes themselves. Nothing can substitute authenticity...

i love some of the writings on this site.
They are all damn good but I'm going to have to go with wrath. I've been following that "journey" for awhile now.

You guys are killing me with having to pick a favorite. All the articles are incredible. I print them out and refer back to them constantly. It's down to G-Diesel and Wrath...and at the final buzzer...Wrath. All the Animalpak authors kick it and take names. Keep writing brothers!

I'd have to go with G Diesel and Machine.. but all the guys on Animalpak.com have inspired me nonetheless
It is pretty hard to play favorites with this group of monsters, but I would have to say G Diesel.
He is the most articulate and eloquent of the bunch, and I identify more with his writing style. However, the sentiment of Wrath's writing also ring's true. On my darker days, I read Machine.
I started out reading G's articles but they all inspired me.I love the fact that they are straight up,no bullshit.
I'm gettin fired up now just thinking back on the articles I have read.
Machine has written pieces that have applied to my life, not only as a lifter, but my personal BS. I have taken quotes from him and posted them in my cube at work
Wrath is my number one ...everything he writes ...his attitude...his swagger i can relate too ...and his articles give me drive after reading them ...but G diesel and Machine are great too they always good good shit to read...

I understand there's talk about putting the entire Journey together into a single "book"--but then again, that's a rumor.

Frank Mcgrath is the one who make me get in to a gym
and will be the one that will keep me in there
he is like inspiration itself
that heavy weight lifter is the best overall
after i read his journey, it makes me get almost my own body weight in my biceps.
He must write a book
thanks
The Journey kicks ass but as a powerlifter I love Sgt Rock's articles.
A tough one fellas but I have to go with Wrath
