I plan on competing in the Excalibur in December same show Trey Brewer won in 2006. Any way here goes my plan for the diet.
Meal 1 5:00am
8 egg whites
2 yolkes
1/2 c Steel cut oats
Meal 2 8:00am
PreWorkout
1 Chicken Breast
1.5 C Brown Rice
Some Grilled veges
Workout 9:00am
1 scoop Storm
1 Tbsp BCAA
1 TSP Creatine
1 Tsp Glutamine
Meal 3 10:30am
7 Rice Cakes
2 Scoops Whey
Meal 4 12:00pm
1 tilapia fillet
2 C Broccoli
Meal 5 3:00pm
same as 4
Meal 6 6:00pm
1 Tilapia Fillet
Meal 7
2 Scoops Casein
2 tbsp Almond Butter
2 tbsp flax seed(ground up)

what is your bodyweight? what are you planning on takin in in terms of amounts of protien and carbs? and how much do you eat when ur bulking or not dieting?

Today starts the life of getting ready for the December Excalibur as of now im about 257 and I want to get own to about 225 and see what happens so im about to sleep and then get up and do my cardio in the morning. Here goes nothing.

with the advice of my nutritionist i completely changed up my contest diet along with my cardio training.
So far i have been up since 530 and had my breakfast and now im bout to eat meal number 2 for the day.
Meal 1
1/2 c steel cut oats made with water
2 scoops protein powder
2 tablespoons flax seeds
a splash of skim milk to thicken the mixture
Meal 2
1 large chicken breast
1.5 C Brown Rice
and then around 1 or 2 i will train hardcore
and after work i will do 45 mins of cardio

Sorry guys for not giving some updates in quite a long time, i have just been so concentrated on brining the total package. I have down time now between work so i decided to give everyone the update. Right now i am about 9% bodyfat and im glad im there now makes things a little easier for the time being. I am going to bring the best package i can bring on dec 6th. if i get last i get last but no one and i mean no one will deter me from the goal at hand winning the excalibur.

Here is my split
monday: Legs
Tuesday:Chest
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Arms
I have to be at work real early in the morning as i have a bunch of clients in the morning now and I train in the afternoon either in the morning ill have a shake or i will have a normal breakfast depending on my day with work. Most of the time I am able to have the normal eggs and oatmeal with some coffee. rest of the day is also pretty normal. My cardio is done at the end of the day about 30 mins worth right now may bump it up sooner but i have been noticing some real good results so far.

MAJOR set back! Over the weekend i was allowed to eat some sushi rolls according to my nutritionist and i enjoyed until my next meal. All of a sudden i could barely eat what i had on my plate ad i have not been able to get up off the bowl still. My girl too had sushi and her stomach was killing her. We came to the conclusion that it was the nori sheets because the fish tasted fine. oh well ill see what happens
Just a little speed bump. Your so far out it won't matter. And if your still hagning around 9%, your doing great. I'm training a guy for that show, so I look forward to seeing you there. Good luck brother.
