i did some searching but dident come up with anythjing...hopefulyl there isent a bunch of threads on this topic...if so i apoligize...
what are some good boxing orientated training schudles... any links/adive would be greatly appreciated

are you trying to train to bow or just incorporate boxing into you lifting schedule? your goals are a huge portion of how you set your training. just like anything else. also where are you at in your training? you'd spend more time on fundamentals of boxing if you are less experienced rather than heavy bag work and sparring.

agree with titan. where are you at with boxing? when i first started training i had no endurance in my shoulders to with stand the training we were doing. instructors are all different, some believe in brute strength, others are endurance. at times its hard to find the happy medium between strength and endurance (for a fight) i started to do a lot of super sets and really wearing out the muscles. this helped a lot not to mention countless punches thrown and heavy bag work.
