Im gonna share a recipe I make actually every other day cause I go through it so damn fast. Im seriously addicted to this recipe and as it may not be for everyone, I absolutely love it. You can eat this hot or cold, I prefer cold actually.

Oven at 400-375 (depends how hot your oven gets)

1/3 cup runny honey
4 tbs dijon mustard (grey poupon)
1 tbs chopped bottled garlic
1tsp smoked paprika
mix together and set aside.

In another bowl, just add quick cooking quaker oats (I have used the regular one too). Keep it handy cause you may need more oats as you go along here.

2 lbs chicken breast. I slice them into chicken tenders sized pieces.
you can season the chicken with salt and pepper if you want..I dont. I just throw all the chicken into the honey mix and toss so as all pieces are coated.

Get a sheet pan covered with foil and spray with pam. Now, I take the coated chicken pieces, roll in oats and place on the pan. Lay all chicken pieces in a single layer, not all on top of each other. Being these pieces are cut smaller, its a shorter cooking time too.

I bake the chicken for 20min (depends how thick or thin your slicing this meat). Then I turn the pan once in the oven and cook for anothr 8-10 min...till chicken is done and oats are golden in color.

Now..normally I start eating them right off the pan when they are hot and a bit crispy (they arent overly crispy, more tender with some texture).

I also store them in containers and store in my fridge. I take romaine lettuce leaves (cause I dont eat bread), and wrap the chicken in the leaves and eat them like that, cold. I love it. This is actually one of my regular meals during the week, every day, every week as Im on this clean bulk. Try it. It def serves the purpose as far as giving us clean and healthy food with a healthy balance of fats, protein and carbs.

Just copied this one down and added it to my "cookbook". I noticed that through all my muscle mags I had alot of recipes, so I ripped them all out and put them in sheet protectors in a binder. I'm soon planning on using a printer to print out all your great recipes Toni, there's just way to many here to reference quickly. You are a culinary godess.

HEy Toni...have ya tried doing this instead with spicy pork skins? I just cut up my chicken breast, roll it in some egg whites with seasoning....thantoss it in a bag of crushed pork skins and bake just like ya do with the above recipe...it's good and no carbs....for those doing keto.

Toni I made this one this week, and PAZZZZAAAMMM!!!!! You were damn right it is addictive. I've made it twice now, but I had a question. I line my sheet with tin foil, and spray it real good with cooking spray. STill, all the oats stick to the pan on the bottom. So when I eat, I only have oats on half the chicken. Whats up with that?

you need to spray the foil good with pam and let them sit to cool before removing. Peel away carefully..that happens to me too but now I know how to remove them cause I cook this like 3x a week. Im eating them now as I type..oats all over my keyboard too! LOL..this is my post wo meal like every day!

I wrap the chicken in large romaine lettuce leaves cause I dont eat bread..the lettuce makes it a good roll up type thing.

You know what may work better is that nonstick aluminum foil.
