Maxes (Never 1r maxed, so i'll post what lifts I'm currently doing every workout for reps)
Squat- 160x3x5
Bench - 140x3x5
Deadlift - 140x3x5
my 1rm's are probably much higher but i'm not gunna just guess or lie about them.
Diet consists of around 4,000 to 4,500 calories. Lots of milk, beef, chicken, rice, real gains, water, etc.
Supps- Cell Mass daily + Real Gains 2x daily + FOOD
i'll track my daily workouts/progress here.

gotta up the barbell rows cuz its too easy. workout was hella good today never been so focused/pumped to lift. my suggestion to all lifters listen to some Hatebreed while you lift shit is off the hook.

today i had to go in to the HS weight room to get my 3-rep-maxes tested for football after lax practice. here's what i did-
bench- 175x3
squat 190x3
power clean - doing it friday
According to some sheet my coach had, my 1rm for bench is 190. possibly 195 because i might be able to squeeze that out.
squat was too easy i should've done more like 205 or 210 , but i never maxed out before so i'm not sure how much is too much. don't wanna hurt myself, ya no?
Morning weight = 161.5 ( up 8 since start of log)
I am now doing Hang Cleans in place of barbell rows ebcause it's much more important for me right now.
Yesterday I did workout b with added hang cleans
Squat 160x3x5
Shoulder Press 60x3x6
Hang Clean 90x3x5
Dips 3x5
It was a great workout, my shoulders were definitly feeling it. I needed to add the hang cleans for overall more explosive power in order to make my football and now lacrosse hits even harder.
I have decided to play lacrosse now so it's going to require me to run a lot. I probably won't be able to gain weight at all from now until June, which really sucks :( I'll try my best to eat everything I possibly can and see what I can do from now until when the season ends. Once the season ends i will be going on another xfactor cycle right before football season and try to add a solid 15 pounds on my frame.
