Been taking cuts since January of 2007 just like you're supposed to...3 weeks on, 1 week off. I've been very faithful to that along with regular exercise (5 times a week) and a good diet...I've lost 105 lbs. I know it wasn't ALL because of Animal Cuts, but it certainly did help.

Just my $.02 worth

Great job man, im pushing for 260 now i was 387 when i started my quest. Hearing about people reaching their goals is what keeps me on the treadmill and outa the bar.

Absolutely! I have been off of cuts now for about a week and a half and I am SO thankful that I have developed some discipline cause I'd be eating everything in sight. Cuts ALWAYS took that edge off.

So much so that I stopped taking it because I missed eating so much.

HOLY CRAP!!! that's amazing bro, and you're one of the few who actually kept going and going (almost one and a half years)... most people who are fat just diet for a few months and then go back to eating everything in sight - and they end up being the same as they were in the beginning

awesome work bro

Wow!

I was happy with my 37lb since Jan 2k7, but I'd sure wish it was more! Very impressive, I do think I'll do another round of Cuts (or two) and see where it puts me.

Congrats!

Fucking hell, that's one hell of a journey you had there.. and don't give your merit on Cuts.. supps are a tool, athletes get the job done.. i've never seen a hammer build up a wall without anyone to use it.. assume your success, be proud of it and keep pushing forward..

Peace

I can comment on this personally. I saw my former best friend lose 80-100 lbs this past year and now he's back to downing 2 liters of soda a day, sugary iced tea beverages, pretzels and shitty carbohydrates, and fast food almost every other night.
So much for losing that weight right?
Did i mention the rapid weight loss and the way he did it (starvation and massive amounts of running) made him sacrifice his gall bladder?

It takes a good person to do this thing the right way, and cuts can definitely stave off cravings for sure!
