LOL it looks like I have a lazy eye in that first group pic (I'm on the far right). That's a weird distortion, the crazy eyes! Truly training insane! Haha...

On a side note it was awesome training with Thermostocles, we were the only ones not doing back, so we got to talk shop a bit between sets for arms. Really a nice guy who has made some amazing progress and works hard! Hola was roaming around giving great pointers to maximize our training. Definitely a great session.

You guys ain't seen nothing yet, from old school training to crazy ass hijinks lol. Sir-J's got the pics, but we did everything from mini-golfing to lunge pushing cars through the parking lots. Was an awesome time. Gk was awesome to w/o with and full of knowledge, a true animal. Hola and Sir-J are always great to lift with. -T.

And just incase your'e wondering, Hola Bola did push the van.... infact if I recall he and Ross pushed the thing twice.... Unfortunately I was experiencing technical difficulties at the time.... All of these were taken with my phone so sorry about the quality.... But we do have a better vid of Bola in action that will be posted up in due time.... Blake as all the pics I took and will be posting them up with he has the chance to.... Had a lot of fun this weekend.... But damn, my elbow is sore....

We were going to push it the other direction but Hola discovered on the first push that we were pushing it down hill!!! So naturally we turned the van around and went up. :)
