Amazing lifts by the ICG crew, definitely exciting to watch.

Plenty of free ANIMAL gear and scored an awesome ICG t-shirt.

Met plenty of new awesome people.

I feel like everyone is on the same level at ABC's. No one's bigger or stronger than the next guy. Everyone has the same goals in mind.

Looking forward to doing it again real soon.

There's a serious side??? lol And thanks, in those pics you showed MY jack"ass" side...lol Was definitely a great time and definitely the smallest, badass gym I've ever had trained in.... Defintely a lot of character...

I was waiting for the GC people to yell at me for bringing in my own food...lol Thank goodness we had a solid crew, I may have been booted...lol
