Hey everyone, I am looking for many recipe's that I can use during my cut, I'm doing no carb and in that am pretty limited to what I can't eat. I think it would be cool if we made a topic on various recipes that people have used when on Keto.
Right now for me all I have is how to scramble eggs, grill some chicken and Grill some salmon. its getting real bland.
Chicken
preheat oven to 400 degrees
place thawed chicken breasts in casserole bowl then add some lemon pepper and place in oven
cook in oven for 40 minutes
Salmon
Buy ceder board at the store its like 1 dollar
buy salmon
soak ceder board in water for an hour
pre heat grill on high
spread olive oil on ceder board and then place salmon on top, put more olive oil on salmon and then garnish with lemon pepper, garlic, basil, and if you want dijon mustard
drop the heat from the grill down to medium and then place the ceder board with the salmon on it on the grill for 25 minutes, you might need to stay there so the ceder board doesn't cath on fire.
makes really good salmon
