My grilled chicken wrap:
You need:
half a pound of chicken tenderloins or thinly sliced chicken
1 Ezekiel wrap
fresh onion
garlic powder
sea salt
black pepper
Guacomole
Coat pan w/ Pam
Throw in some onion, let cook for a bit.
Then add chicken to pan, and season with sea salt, pepper, tiny bit of garlic powder
If the chicken begins to stick, add water.
Heat your ezekiel wrap for a bit in toaster so its warm.
Take the wrap out and spread 2 tablespoons of guacomole on the wrap, then add some lettuce, tomatoe and the onion.
Cut your chicken up into small chunks, and add to wrap. Then carefully fold and enjoy.
