Yeah I think you are good to go. You're 17 and you have growed enough. I started when I was 17 and I haven't had any probs at all. Go for it! The Nitro is just aminos, they can't do any harm to you. But taking extra doses of the Pak can. So stick to one Pak a day. Good luck!
