i know a few of the main guys are from jersey or its surroundings i was wondering if there are any comps coming up in the near future and were they're at?

These are bodybuilding...not sure if you want powerlifting....

id prefer the powerlifting but either are excellent wouldnt mind getting out and meeting some of the people who help me daily ya kno?

This one is not exactly in New Jersey, it's in Tribes Hill, NY. A lot of PL'ers from Jersey drive up to go to meets hosted by Iron Asylum Gym. The McCaslin's put on some of the best meets I've ever been to. February 17th is the date, it's called the Candyazz Classic. Some big names will be up there and it's also a good spot to get one's feet wet if you're a beginner. They really take good care of the lifters. I will be competing in this one, primarily bench, but if I feel good afterwards I'll probably pull in it too for fun.

wnpf has MANY shows in our area this year. world's are in atlanta GA this year though.
Wnpf is a solid federation for the non performance enhanced athlete. Im proud to say i compete there.
