What is the best way to add weight to a reverse hyper? -T.

I am assuming you don't have a reverse hyper machine in your gym? Those are the best.

Its a reversehyper/glute-ham raise machine. The glute-ham thingy sucks, but it works ok for the reverse hypers. I just didn't know if I was suppose to hold a DB in my feet or use bands, or somthing I hadn't thought of. -T.

The reverse-hyper in my gym has a pipe on the end on the pendulum, you just load plates on it, put your feet in the strap, hop on the bench and go to town....

is a version of this....

That is what we have, not exactly the best. Its a multifunction, so it doesn't have the plateload capability. -T.

I guess you could try the dumbell between your feet and see if that works...The magic of the "real" reverse hyper is the ability to swing your legs past 90 deg and up under your body, it stretches out the vertibre and feels oh so good....you could try a mini band if you had one, that might work well...

u can attach bands to the bottom, or have a strap around ur ankles u can attach some chains to.

I have been doing these on a normal hyperextention machine the other way round ever since Tiny recommended them (Thanks Tiny) as we don`t have the reverse machine, I use a light d/bell but a band can be used too, sometimes you have to adapt things to get it done, I just know they have added to my lower back strength and mobility.

Same here bro I just use it the other way around and its awesome.

Also, if you have a Dip Belt try to use the chain to wrap plates around your legs. Use a long chain that shit really works.

Granted you wont be able to add 300 lbs or anything like that but some thing is better then nothing.
