This is my first all natural show that I am doing. I began bodybuilding back in Jan. 200 after I realized I was done of playing football and my career was not making it past playing semi-pro ball. I started my dieting and training back in May 2008 and my show is in Sept 2008.
18 WEEKS!!!

I am now 10 weeks out and have not missed a meal, ounce of water, or a single training PAK.
I am honestly surprised at not how only physically I have changed, but how my mind state has been completely MORPHED! I feel like a wolf out for blood and uncaged ANIMAL.
I must admit I like it!!!

Training Paks: Animal Pak, Animal Flex, Animal Pump, Animal Nitro
Other Supplements: Universal Shock Therapy, Universal, Storm, Universal EAA Stak, Universal Torrent, Omega-3's, Multi-Vitamin
Calories: 3,500
60% calories from protein
30% from carbs
10% from good fats
Meals: 7 - 8 Meals (every 2 hours)
Water: 1 to 1 1/2 gallons day
Sleep: No less than 7 hours and no more than 8 hours
Cardio: 5 days a week (LI)
Training: 6 days a week (Mon-Saturday)
Height; 5' 8"
Weight: 200 lbs
Monday - Friday
Cardio: In the gym at 7 am for 30 minutes of LI cardio, treadmill level 8 incline at 3.5 mph
Monday: Chest thickness/ Shoulders/ Tri's thickness / Abs
Tuesday: Back Thickness/Bi'sThickness
Wednesday: Quads / Calves
Thursday: Chest shape/ Shoulders/ Tri's Shape / Abs
Friday: Back width/Bi's Shape
Saturday: Hamstrings / Calves
Sets and Reps
Generally 4 to 5 sets
And depending on movement/exercise 5 to 6 reps on large muscles and 8 to 10 on smaller muscles
I was focusing on gaining some last minute proportion and size (basically adding the final pieces to the clay mold)!!!

These three weeks I used to add a little conditioning, but also though some may not agree but this HELPED EXTREMLEY!!! I did a de-training routing where I put more focus on technique and squeezing my muscles, so I was still pyramiding up but dropping my first set weight

Week 5: Incline Bench - Warm up 20 reps with bar Set:1 175 Set: 2 180 Set 3: 185 1 Set 4: 190

Cardio: In the gym at 7 am for 35 minutes of cardio, treadmill level 10, 11, 12 (10 min each level) incline at 4.0 mph
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Cardio AM/PM
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Shoulders
Sets and Reps
Generally 3 to 4 sets
Week 7: No less than 3 and no more than 4 sets / no less than 15 reps on all sets and exercises.
Week 8: No less than 3 and no more than 4 sets / no less than 12 reps on all sets and exercises.
Week 9: No less than 3 and no more than 4 sets / no less than 12 and no more than 15 reps on all sets and exercises.
These three weeks I used to bring up my conditioning to my body in continuation to consistent building. This is why i was doing de-training in my previous weeks so I can still move good weight and keep strict form while building condition and shape to my muscles. Example below are how my sets and reps worked
Week 7: Incline Bench - Warm up 20 reps with bar Set:1 135 Set: 2 135 Set 3: 135 Set 4: 135

Yea man I hate cardio too. Why don't you just break it up into two separate sessions? I do 20 mins in the morning and 20 mins after I lift. Makes that god awful cardio sessions seem a lot shorter! Plus it gets your metabolism revving at two separate times than just one.

HOLY F#%*ING $#!T I just had an epiphany why don't I just do cardio for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 after and relieve some torture off of myself and crank my metabolism?!?!

The CUTS and STAK regimen is something I am going to experiment with, due to my lowering of calories little by little and increased cardio my bodies ability to produce natural test/hormones obviously decereases with lower caloric intake and expenditure.
I do take 3 ZMA b4 bed to help recoop, recover, and reproduce while I sleep, in my eyes it is simply not enough. So while increasing my energy while lowering calories, shredding up, tightening up, and relieveing excess water with CUTS, I am going to need that extra test/hormone boost to power through my work outs and to keep my body pumping, gowing, and even possibly grown or at least maintain while I am in the trenches.
At least that is how I look at it, I have asked for opinions on my combos/staks, and have not had anyone complain or make any other recommendations about the CUTS and STAK combo so this should be VVVEEERRRYYYY INTERESTING MY FRIEND!!!!

Yea man that's what i'm doing with cardio - i'm at two 20 minute sessions. Next week i'll increase cardio again by 5 mins so i'll have one session at 25 and the other session at 20, and keep it going like that. Good luck with the Cuts/Stak combo i'm interested to know how this works for you.
And the hell with your ex.....find someone that's hotter and make her jealous!

My trainer and I have finally decided and come to agreement on what song I will be performing to for my 60 second routine!
It is a song by one of my favorite bands "Three Days Grace" and the name of the song is 'RIOT", if you have not heard it YOU HAVE TO HEAR IT.
We are coming up with a lot of great poses and transitions to perform to this song. I will be performing to the first 1:05 I believe (I will walk off at the end of the chorus basically).
Find the song listen to it and let me know what you think!?!?!?

I listen to stuff like darkest hour, all that remains, parkway drive, trivium, etc. when I lift. I listen to all kinds of music though Riot is definitely not a bad song.

I do not know half of those groups you mentioned lmao lmao lmao!
I actually donut listen to music when I lift, frigen head phones fall out get in the way and so froth too much to fucking worry and deal with for me! I listen to my own music in my head >)
The only thing about listening to music while lifting is the training room we lifted in for college ball, it wa in the basement of one of on campus townhouses, was a great facility, but we blasted Pantera, Metallica, and all that other shit. I miss off season lifting for ball, smelly bodies, chalk in the air, puking in the buckets, hot, humid, muggy, can't breather and pound/moving serious weight.

For those of you who haven't had the privelage of meeting this guy, his pictures do him no justice. He's a big ripped motherfucker and one of the hardest training guys I've seen in a club gym. Just a quick update on my training being I am coming up of another 3 week and transitions!
My buddy/trainer and i have been working a lot on my posing for about 5 to 10 minutes (nothing big) after my lifts lately, mainly working on poses for the muscle group I did that day. At about 6 weeks out i will be focusing and emphasizing a lot more on posing conditioning.
Yesterday Monday 7/21/08 was chest, so we worked on the 4 symmetry poses, side chest, most muscular, and played around with a few other poses. Dudes I was even impressed with myself and how my chest was looking, I am actually starting to get round.
I am definitely liking how my progress is coming along, very slow and at the right amounts.
I am already very vascular and veiny, I look like subway map with all the vascularity I am having and producing (so def loving that).
I am getting more visible striation underneath my skin in my shoulders, chest, back, quads, and forearms.
I am 8 weeks out and I can def lean and tighten bbbuuuttt my firends lmao, starting next week (week 7) I add CUTS and STAK to my supplement arsenal which is going to be very very interesting lol. Plus I still have plenty of time.
Right now I am very much happy about the progression, size, and shape i have added to my calves. I was very much lagging in that department, and with strict form, proper technique, approach, and weight I have been getting great results and compliments on my calves. I'm sorry but a body isn't complete until you have great calves just my opinion.

Everyday I look at myself in the mirror, some days I am happy and some days I am not, that is just the mental battle I have to learn to control myself!
Family, friends, and people at the gym ask me what motivates me and how I keep myself driven. Well besides the fact I love the results and how I look and so forth, here is a little thing that I use.
I was in the gym one day and this older guy who goes to my gym was like wow you look good, do you compete or anything? I told him I was getting ready for my first show and blah blah blah blah, I don't like talking much while at the gym so i kept it short and sweet. Then he asks what show I was doing, and I rarely tell anyone because I never want someone who may be doing the same show to know. Well by looking at him, he is in decent shape, tall has some size and so forth, I told him what show.
BAD IDEA, this dude is doing the same show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Am I worried, concerned, or discouraged, HELL NO!!!!!!! This is my motivation, anytime I see him in the gym I look at him, critique to myself and say "I WILL NOT ALLOW HIM TO OUT WORK ME AND BEAT ME". This my friends is my motivation, this is what drives me, MY COMPETITION.
Since this dude found out we are doing the same show, homie keeps trying to find out my tips, tricks, diets, and everything else. So you know what I answer him, you might be like "WHY THE HELL ARE YOU TELLING HIM", come on now I grew up in the projects, I'm a hustler and mind gamer.
I tell him I eat a lot of carbs, and drink a lot of diet soda, and all this bull shit! I tell him i take a shit load of products (that are non-Universal related), I barely drink any water to keep myself tight, and all this other bullshit. Doe sit work I do not know but this dude is not going to get a single fucking clue or idea what I do and how I go about things.
I tell him I do not even know If I am going to register for the show or not I am very nervous, scared, and hesitant w/ more blah blah blah bullshit. He says hi to me and tries to chat with me like we are friends, in the back of my mind I'm like dude I am trying to destroy you and you wanna be friends, easier for own self destruction. Now could he be playing mind games and trying to get in my head MAYBE? DO I honestly think so NO.
But you know what I don't care about a single word that comes out of his mouth, you know the teacher from Charlie Brown that makes the whhaa womp wwaaa waaa weee aasss sounds. Only thing I do is SEE, I see what he looks like and I see how I can not let him out work me, what do I see........................

I have started my weeks 7, 6, and 5 Stak's, these next 7 weeks are going to be the key and most crucial weeks that will make or break my performance and appearance on stage, so long story short this is NO F@#&ING JOKE!
Today is my first day and will keep a complete log of my complete first week of this Stak/Cycle and keep you in the loop of how I feel physically and mentally, so check back tomorrow for todays cardio, training and so forth!
A) 6 am Animal Cuts up awakening
B) Cardio at about 6:30/7:00 am depends on what day and how long I want to do cardio in the morning!
C) Cardio done let's say 7:30 am
D) 8 am B-Fast: 1 Animal Pak, 1 Animal Flex, 1 Animal Omega
E) Through Out Day/Work: 3 Servings of EAA Stack in gallon water w/ 10g glutamine
F) 11 am 45 min Before Lunch: Animal Cuts
G) 4:30 pm 30 minutes after last bite of w/o meal 1 Animal Pak (I know I know you only really need 1 Pak, but I feel safe and comfy on my training days taking 2 PAKS)
H) 4:45 pm 45 minutes before training Animal Stak
I) 5 pm 30 min B4 WO: 1 Animal Pump, 1 Animal Nitro
J) Start training at 5:30
K) During WO: 1 Serving EAA Stack with 5g Glutamine, 1/2 serving Storm
L) Post WO: 1 Animal Nitro
M) 30-45 Min PWO: I eat my PWO meal
N) After eating my PWO meal through out the the rest of the night I sip on 1 Serving EAA Stack with 5g Glutamine, 1/2 serving Storm
O) Right Before Lights Out: 3 Universal ZMA
I take my two servings of CUTS within the 4 - 6 hour time frame of one another (recommended), and I keep them (2 servings of CUTS) staggered/separated from my STAK 3-5 hours (recommended) and I am still able to take my STAK 45 min before my workout!
FYI, just for your $#!t$ and &!&&les info i increased my water from 1-1 1/2 gallons to 1 1/2 gallons to 2 gallons a day, and decreased my salt in take, I am taking in half the amount of salt i was taking in previously!

*I had a lot more energy during this cardio session, I can def feel the cuts kicking in, nothing over dramatic, but something that was new. It felt like those 21 min were only five.

1. Incline Leg Raises - 3 x 20 super set w/ rope crunches 3 x 20

Here is day two on my complete listed stack's! Yesterday I could definetley feel the CUTS and STAK kicking in a bit more. I blew through my cardio, and it helped me get through work with consistent energy. As far as the STAK, I must say it kept me strong and can feel a difference in my body!

Morning Cardio: Treadmill - 40 minutes - 13, 14, and 15% Full Incline - 4.0 MPH (13:30 per incline)
*I did a full session of cardio first thing in the morning because I have never liked and refuse to do cardio after doing legs. In my eyes after tearing down your legs with weight doing cardio after WILL CONDITION your legs but doesn't help with the growth process (just my opinion). With cuts I had a S#!T load more energy to breeze through my extended cardio and get my heart rate up just a bit more than normal/average.
Evening Training: Legs - High Volume - 6 Sets of 6 to 10 reps
Legs
1. Squats - 6 sets x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
2. Stiff Deads - 6 sets x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
3. Hamstring Curls - 4 x 10, 10, 10, 10
4. Smith Machine Reverse Lunges - 5 x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

*HHOOLLYY F%$#ING S#!T WHAT A F%$#ING SESSION, on another note real quick let me tell you a quick little story, if you have not read what keeps me motivated find it and read it here in my journey. Long story short I saw the guy who i am going against that morning during my cardio and am still no impressed or nervous. In the evening when I was on my 3rd set of squats one of the trainers at my gym asked me if I knew anyone else doing the same show from our gym. I told him who and I said "I'M NOT WORRIED OR INTIMIDATED". The he starts to go on this whole thing that HE (the guy I'm going against) is serious and blah blah blah. Before he could finish I cut him off and said "I HAVE NO TIME FOR FAIRYTALES, TELL ME ANOTHER TIME".
*As i was going into the remainder of my work out I was really insulted and pissed at the fact that he would come up to me and want to talk about someone who i don't give a fuck about. Something just ticked and went off, now with this much volume you would honestly want to fucking kill yourself. My trainer was walking me through and what not and asked me "WHAT'S WROGN WITH YOU". I kept silent and continued to push and rep weight. it wasn't the new supp's, it wasn't a miracle, and no it wasn't the devil. Honestly I fucking killed myself yesterday I have nneevveerr and I mean nneevveerr pushed or worked that hard ever in my life on leg day. You know what it was "MOTIVATION and ANGER".
* I have a new slogan for the rest of my time out in preparation for my show......."FUCK @#$% (the name of my opponent)", there is no need to say or mention his name on the FORVM but honestly I feel indirectly insulted by HIM (my competitor) and directly insulted by the trainer at my gym.
NO MORE WORDS OR BULLSHIT.....FUCKING HARD WORK!!!

Here is day three and leg me say that I am really starting to feel the affects of these 2 added SUPPS. CUTS once again got me through my morning cardio and supplied me consistent energy. Plus I took a power nap in the corner of my office and woke up feeling refreshed. BBBUUTT my fave of the day STAK...WWWOOOWWW, did I frigen feel it kick in ridiculously hard during my back session!

*Push it to the limit is what we did, my trainer and I agree that I could use a little back thickness. So what did we do we pumped it up, especially on the seated rows. The STAK was def in full affect on back day, lets just say I racked the whole row machine >). Also I NEVER EVER EVER EVER have done db pull overs until it was thrown into my regimen. And to finish with the weight i did with great form and intensity, I knew something was up (hint hint STAK), let's just say i finished up with a weight over 85 lbs.
*I am sure osme of you are like WTF is a Ulyses shrug, well my trainer was taught this shrug by a pro b/b by the name Ulysses (this is his real name to lol). Now picture a pro b/b with the name Ulysses it def goes hand in hand lmao. Anyways what you do is use a smith machine, you are basically going to perform a reverse shrug, BUT you grab the bar and bring your body to a 45 degree angle and shrug. With this exercise you can squeeze your abs for a lil bit extra and also stand on your toes and squeeze your calves. With proper weight and form this exercise if fucking amazing.
PWO Cardio: Step master - 21 minutes - 10% 10 min, 9% 5 min, 8% 5min, 7% 1min Full

Here is day four and I am feeling the FULL affects of these 2 added SUPPS. CUTS once again got me through my morning cardio and supplied me consistent energy. Plus I took another power nap in the corner of my office today and woke up feeling refreshed. I cam feeling the caloric cut back but still pushing it hard thanks to the CUTS and STAK!

Here is day 5 and besides the fact I lifted at Gold's and was surround by my new friends of the ABC CT Team, everything was in full affect. Nick (NickSP) and I got in a balls to the wall shoulder workout. he never does high volume and I think I made him a fan lmao. We went HARD, pushing heavy weight and really pushing one another to the edge. Nick helped me go hard and continue to get through our session and definitely was a great motivation. Plus I kept telling how much I love the STAK and CUTS combo lmao!

I honestly feel the pics don't do me justice, like I said with the posting I did 30-40 minutes of posing practice before taking them so I wasn't able to keep my pump and tightness, but F@#K it. Thanks though I appreciate it, you are going to love the combo my fave is the STAK, it keep me INTENSE on the weights especially with the cut calories.

Got a fucking head cold over the weekend, I still did my cardio, but I still have fucking legs!
I have been popping more vitamin-c with my meals, let's see how this goes!

Training Paks: Animal Pak (2), Animal Flex, Animal Pump, Animal Nitro (2), Animal Omega, Animal Cuts (2 weeks 11 through 13), Animal Stak (2 weeks 11 through 13)
Other Supplements: Universal, Storm, Universal EAA Stak
Calories: 2,000
60% calories from protein
25% from carbs
15% from good fats
Meals: 7 - 8 Meals (every 2 hours)
Water: 1 1/2 to 2 gallons day
Sleep: No less than 7 hours and no more than 8 hours
Cardio: 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday...Thursday no lift cardio in the AM and PM)
Training: 5 days a week (Mon/Tues/Wed/Frid/Sat)
Height; 5' 8"
Weight: 180 lbs
Monday - Friday
Cardio: In the gym at 7 am for 20-21 minutes of cardio, treadmill level 13, 14, 15 (7 min each level) incline at 4.0 - 4.5 mph. Then more cardio PWO for 20-21 minutes of cardio, either the treadmill or stepmaster.
Monday: Chest

Sets and Reps
Generally 5 to 6 sets
Week 10: 5 sets of 10 reps on all sets and exercises.
Week 11: 5 sets of 8 reps on all sets and exercises.
Week 12: 5 sets of 10 to 8 reps on all sets and exercises.
These three weeks I used to bring up my strength and symmetry, on week 12 wow this was completely different being this was my first time doing high volume. The high reps help with further conditioning of the muscle but strengthen my muscles for the future heavy weight and sets to come!
Week 10: Incline Bench - Warm up 20 reps with bar Set:1 145 Set: 2 145 Set 3: 145 Set 4: 145 Set 5: 145
Week 11: Incline Bench - Warm up 20 reps with bar Set:1 155 Set: 2 155 Set 3: 155 Set 4: 155 Set 5: 155
Week 12: Incline Bench - Warm up 20 reps with bar Set:1 135 Set: 2 145 Set 3: 155 Set 4: 165 Set 5: 175

Time has fucking flown by and I can not believe I am already 4 week out form my first show!!!
Feeling good and looking good, I will post pics tomorrow 8/18/08!
Here is my diet for the next 3 weeks (Weeks 15, 16, and 17)
1500 Calories
Meal 1: 8 Egg Whites w/ 1 whole egg w/ 2 tbsp of salsa + 6.5 oz grapefruit w/ 2 packets of splenda, + 6 almonds
Meal 2: 5 oz chicken w/ 2 tbsp of salsa + 1 cup of green beans, 4 tsp of almond butter
Meal 3: 5 oz tilapia w/ 2 tbsp of salsa + 1 cup of green beans, 12 almonds
Meal 4: 4 oz chicken w/ 2 tbsp of salsa + 1 cup of green beans, 4 tsp of almond butter
Meal 5: 4 oz tilapia w/ 1 tbsp of salsa + 4 oz of asparagus, 2 oz avacado
Meal 6: 4 oz chicken w/ 1 tbsp of salsa + 4 oz of asparagus, 1 oz avacado
Sounds like a tasty menu right....................NOT.........except for the almond butter yummy!

I actually do have a qeustion, what do you do for cardio? I'm scared shitless of losing my leg size. Last time around dieting I lost 2 inches on my thighs and now that i'm pre contest I do NOT want that to happen.

Well up until 6 weeks out I was just walking on an incline on the tread mill, upgrading the speed and incline every 2 to 3 weeks, I also added 2 minutes and 30 seconds every 2 to 3 weeks.
Now I do 45 minutes in the morning on the treadmill walking at 15% at 4.0 mph, and I do 20 minutes of very very very very light cardio post work out on the step master, bike, elyptical, except for Thursdays and Saturdays I do HIT! This is to help hit my whole lower half and expel the excess glycogen and fat!

A little birdie in the bush at my gym told me they were speaking with my OPPONENT (if you do not know the story behind this read my journey and you will see).
Anyways long story short my opponent hurt that I am in top condition, and my opponent said and I quote from my little birdie "I need to step it up and lose about 9 more lbs".
NNOOWW, I am taking this with a grain of salt, and I see how my opponent looks like with t-shirt and pants on, and honestly I fell I am way ahead of the game and him, but that doesn't mean I let up.
Just here he needs to catch up and step up makes me push harder!!!

Listen been busy with getting ready, work, my internship, and other things (very tired)!
What I will do is a day by day basing off of the most critical weeks (3,2, & 1) I will call my "It's All Or Nothing" weeks!
SO STAY TUNED FOR THAT!
Other wise this has been a rough week (4 weeks outs) being I have been off of CUTS and STAK this week but hop right back on for my last three weeks YYYEESSS!
As far as dieting I posted my 1500 calorie diet, so check it out!

Honestly bro HIT is GREAT, sux but is GREAT!
You see the 2 weeks difference in my pics right?
It raises your heart rate where you are in your fat burning target rate, and requires more movement and energy in the abs and legs, which are the two most stubborn areas to burn excess fat!
Also it is something different and on another level and help shock and switch your cardio routine!

you don't feel that the HIT will hurt your leg size? Thats something that i've found to be true with me. Sorry for the late response, bad internet where I am.

You are going to have to sacrifice and give up size when getting ready for a show regardless!
Everyone's goal is to be as huge and shredded as possible as they can, but needless to say you are still going to be sacrificing size.
I have sacrificed some leg size, but my legs are extremely vascular and look better and better week by week. I have noticed that the biggest weakness with a lot of all natural bodybuilder are their calves and legs!
Plus if you are properly dieting, supplementing, and so forth it will not harm you at all, it will only benefit you. Sometimes you have to try new things, and sacrifice something for another.
Finally besides a few spots, my legs are completely proportioned to my upper torso, I see a lot of guys with huge upper bodies and horrible lower bodies and uncondiitoned legs. My honest opinion is stop being so nervouse and worried and give it a shot!
Also HIT is not done year round or during your whole cutting process, you should save it for the last 4 to 6 weeks!

From some serious dumb, stupid, retarded, and strange reason my opponent was in the locker room and done at the same time as me and he did something weird?
FIRST OFF....
Anytime he is around in the gym or locker room I wear huge baggy clothes and if i have to shower i wear my hoody and wrap my towel around get in the shower close the doors and take off the hoody and towel so he doesn't get the slightest look at my physique, and if i have to change my clothes I go in the handicapped toilet close the door and change.
I avoid changing or bearing myself anywhere near him, I want him guessing 247!
Anyways for some reason when he was done HE GOT UNDRESSED COMPLETELY in front of me, completely blew my mind (FYI dude is not on my level, but there is still plenty of time, and the birdie was right he def needs another 9 lbs to go).
Question, if you are about to go to battle with someone at the same gym as you wouldn't you avoid bearing yourself as much as possible?

There is never any slacking or slowing up in me, even my trainer told me that he is impressed with my progress and drive for m first show! There is no slowing up since day one I have never cheated a meal, missed a meal, a cardio session, posing practice, or anything.
I am on my "A" game dude, I am mentally and physically strong (drained and tired) but still on point!

I like what your saying. Dont get me wrong, I am fully aware of the fact that I will be losing size, I just don't want to lose enough that at the end my legs are obviously smaller than they should be. I've never heard about your plan to do HIT 4-6 weeks out, but I like it.

I honestly feel that during a cutting phase NITRO is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, along with EAA Stak you are just continuously feeding your body. I honestly feel you will see and feel a difference if you get a can and at least try 1 pack b4 wo and 1 immediately after. I know it is expensive but is damn well worth it!

That's an intense carb cycle my man! I usually do a refeed every 4th day - increase my starchy carb intake and include simple carbs but keep it clean like yogarts,fruit,etc. It keeps me sane lol. I'm thinking i might have hit a plateau though, i'll be able to verify this later in the week. I may have to try your approach!

I usually do 7 meals with the last meal of the day being before bed and is typically a casein shake made with water. My macros have been close to yours, I usually eat 100g of carb a day which includes torrent. I'll be switch to Lava soon though, less carbs and more protein. I weigh a little over 190 and generally eat around 200g of protein a day. My fats are usually around 40-50g

Woke up was tired but popped my CUTS and did the usual, made my food and got ready for my cardio session, work, and lifting session! During the day at work a lot was hitting me and was tressed through out the day just nervous and worried, but I finally got my head together and calmed down!
