it's been a while since my last competition, I have traveled a rough road to return. I am an MMA fighter!! I have been in some big shows as well as small ones, and now after a long absence from competition, it's time to leave my mark again. As a trainer of a MMA Fight team and a Gym Rat, I follow this site known as home to us, "ANIMAL" is my way of life!!

Today starts a hardcore training cycle for me, June is not that far away!! It's time for the return of a Titan...

only ask as i used to be an amateur boxer but quit due to injury, fuking miss it but its lead me more into lifting so something good came out..
