I know we've all talked about caffine but I was wondering If caffine has any negitive side effects with Animal products. I've heard a while ago that caffine has negitive side effects when taken with creatine. I've a big coffee drinker and was wondering if you guy's have heard anything new.

There are many debates about the effects of caffeine on creatine. Some say it's best not to take them at the same time, others say not to take caffeine at all. For me, I get the effects of creatine even though I take them at the same time(coz I'm using Pump). However, I do take Storm post-workout so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Anyways, just take them seperately if you want to be safe, you should be alright.

I have not seen a single, conclusive study which indicates that caffeine will reduce the effectiveness of creatine. Remember, the early landmark studies done on creatine were done with beverages that contained caffeine.
