The AOM is awsome, packed with solid info... The breakdowns of the indivudial products is awsome as are the articles and workouts. Anwsered a ton of questions that I had.

My aom has a permanent placement in my gym locker. Its great if u need to find a good training routine or wanna read a motivational article to pump u up before you lift. Also has great info on animal products if you wanna step up your game.

the AOM is a must have. Someone took my first copy when I took it to the gym. I was mad at the beginning, but then I got to thinking, and figured it was like those Gideon bibles you find in hotels. Hopefully, it got someone fired up. I am on my second one and its always with me. Full of good info, workouts, and motivation. Its free, too. Can't beat it.

i keep mine in my bag, it goes everywhere with me, i have gone through i think 4 or 5, one of my co workers would ask a question and i would invariably give him my copy of the AOM
now for the top secret national defense stuff- I have allowed my trainees to read the manual when they get permission to use the weight pit in my bay.

Their worth the wait, the thing is my bible...
I have been training for about 1yr now. I have a routine that works for me but have come up with stupid names for each one because of not knowing the real names.
In the AOM on page 14 there is a picture of a work out that I do. Im not sure what that work out is called I call it a bent over row Im sure it is wrong does anyone know the name of the workout.
On page 17, 20, also on page 34 there is another picture of a work out that I do. Im not sure I call in bench rows. what is the correct name for that.
there is one more that I do that I have not seen a picture of but you are holding dumbbells and loks like a butterfly work out but you are raising your hands to just above your shoulders and I feel the work out in my traps. what is the name of that work out. Its not the standing uprights rows

Depends when you've recieved them, I've obtained several over the past few years...I believe I have three different versions.

All the Animal routines, some little extras, a training/nutrition log...some of the classic articles and some newer unpublished ones. And yes I believe its been updated over the years.

I've gone through a bunch of them. I like the training/cardio/diet logs in the back. Be cool if they had a couple different versions to choose from. Like one for bulking,cutting and contest prep. Or just two different kinds one for powerlifters and one for bodybuilders.
All the Animal routines, some little extras, a training/nutrition log...some of the classic articles and some newer unpublished ones. And yes I believe its been updated over the years.
Well I ordered mine Monday so I'm waitin.....I just really hope that if it comes soon it doesn't come while I'm back at home for vacation lol but I think U Rep said orders were backed up anyway so it'll be longer

I got mine in 2004 and I still read it cover to cover once every six months or so. The stuff in there is so motavating!
I got mine about two months back when I first got into the product line and the site. I was suprised when it came in the mail no more than a week later... and it was free! It's an awesome book and will answer any questions you've got about the Animal line. On top of that it's got the splits and articles in there for you too.
My mom thought I bought something online after she saw the quality of the book... not that it matters a whole lot but it's bound up real nice and the paper is heavy duty with awesome pics and quality articles.

I got mine a week or so after ordering - Read it from cover to cover twice before I put it down. It's the only book you need.

I ordered my Manual in the begining of the year and got it real quick... Good Lookin Out from Univeral on that. But it is worth getting, I read it front to back and really got inspired. Not that I wasn't already in the gym goin' at it cold hearted. But it's good stuff to read, and the Animal product info is nice as well.
Again, this is just as good as the day i got my first animal supps. I ordered my AOM only a few weeks ago, today i got the mail and hot damn, looks like i got my bible. Can't wait to read it cover to cover.

The treatise is great. While I'm at home I get online, but I keep the AOM at my desk at work, and when that grind starts to get to me I just flip open to an article, a picture, a training session, whatever, and I remember why I do what I do. - VF

I only have one problem with the AOM, if I'm in a gym worth training in and set it down...it does not remain there for long and this is no joke.
no lie. happened to my first copy, but I couldn't stay mad that long. Why? Because I'll bet that kid read every single word in that book, and the next day worked harder than he ever had in his life. I know that's what happened to me. Hopefully he found the Animal inside him.
i just got mine its the best thing ever it has all the info you need.
i can't wait to receive mine...few more weeks now....

I printed the aom here if that is not it then I need to order one. cause the one I have I still read that boy like once a month good stuff in there.
I LOVE the AOM it is like a ritual at this point, reading that thing looking for inspiration! I am constantly finding new insporation, motivation and information from the AOM, trust me, it will become a staple in your bag as well!

I first seen the AOM when i was in Iraq I downloaded it to my computer out there. Then i got home and noticed it was a differnt one no matter I figure i order one to check it out. Got mine yesterday that shit is the bomb. My wife of course was like Oh my god more Animal stuff. I keep telling her i dont want to be "normal" i want to be a big ass dude. well thats my 2 cents peace. OH ya when i got mine in the Animal Gear section it had a weight belt but it wasnt on the price list and i havent seen it in the shop does ayone know about this belt? Well im out for real this time peace

Yeah but printing it on right paper size can be costly, glossy paper ain't cheap, plus there's whole page that required black on all the page, so it would cost 30$ to print !

you can download a pdf version of it, i am partly responsible for the shortage, I guess. over the past year I have gone through 3 copies ( given to friends etc) I also have it on the computer so i can also read it on here, or when my 12 yr old sneaks it into his school bag and takes it to school. its a 7.5 mb file

That will no doubt screw up the pictures, but the text would use a fraction of the ink. That way, you'd get black text on white paper.
Pretty bland compared to the real thing, but at least you'd be getting the info!

I must admit that the UN company has it covered just right...cant think of another company that does it better...they really do care for us out here...and it shows....many thanks for the AOM guys...its the best!!!!

I keep a copy in the basement near my weight tree. Whenever I want to mix up my routines a bit, I flip to one of the workouts and have at it.
I always seem to stumble upon a little tidbit to push me a little harder when I pick it up. The AOM is great.

Everyday I looked forward to checking the mail for my AOM. When I finally got the AOM, it was far beyond everything I expected, it is high quality-spiral bound so you can actually use the log, high quality paper so the pages don't just rip out. The best part is I found the Animal Gear form and ordered 2-skullies. The AOM is packed full of inspiration and useful information.Most definetly the best free (that's FREE) product I have ever received. Now I just need to order 3 for my lift partners, but ordering is closed.

I am fairly new to the serious side of the iron game and this manual is a definite priority for not only me, being a beginner, but also the experienced veteran. Anyone who is serious about bodybuilding/powerlifting needs to read it, study it and live it. I'm always one to compliment when it's appropriate and this time it's more than appropriate. Thank you to all that had a contribution and a part in the AOM. To me it is not only a guide, but a huge motivator as well. To read what some of you, like Machine, G Diesel and the many others dedicated to this sport go through makes me want it that much more. And to know i can flip to a page and have a supplementation guide at my finger tips is awesome. My knowledge of what i need to do in order to succeed grows, on a daily basis.

The AOM fucking rocks. I ordered it and I got a message back telling me it would be 4-6 weeks. I received it within 2 weeks. For the first full month, I carried that around with me like it was a bible, a holy book. The holy book for all bodybuilders and powerlifters. I read it from cover to cover over 5 times already. Insightful. It tells you what each Animal product does, contains and it also has Animal stories, REAL ANIMAL STORIES. It also has info on some workout regimens. What? you don't have one? I finally got mine!! The AOM is totally amazing. I've read and re-read everything in there. From the articles to the training routines to the supplement reviews and information. It's great.

Does anyone know yo some of the dude's in the pictures are in the AOM I know machine's in it and house but who is the other dude, The guy in the begining under "Hardcore only, no posers aloud" or whatever. and Is that house on the front cause I know he traing with a hat. Just wonderin cause their freakin huge.
Mine looks like a beat up notebook!!! I carry it with me whenever I leave the house and think I'll have some time to read. It's as much a staple of my lifestyle as the Pak is. I'm probably gonna have to order a new one because mine is falling apart and I'm missing some pages out of it.

It's a great read. I thinks its as close you can get to talking to these guys face to face. Most of it seams like their real thoughts and feelings. I think it's great and thanks for making it free, How can you beat that. Great info no Bullshit and it's free. Thanks. I like to reread some of the articles, The Epidemic and F- everything else are my favorites. The training routines are also helpful.

As for the "feedback" field, if you have no specific feedback on the brand or the products, just enter something about why you're interested in the Animal brand. That field is a mandatory one, for whatever reason.

the AOM is awesome, I find every page of it useful, although the exercises need to be tweaked for me, I don't like straight leg days and will never do straight legs probably ever. Always gotta throw something fun in with arms

I called the 1-800 number about 2 weeks ago for the new manual.
I got a manual last week, but it was an older one.
What's up U-Rep? Did they find some old manuals in the warehouse, and they're just trying to get rid of them first?
I've seen the new manual in PDF format online.. and I'm IN IT! (for testing X)
So... I guess you can see why I would like to have an updated version.

I finally got my AOM a couple of days ago. Def worth the wait even though it is not the newest edition. It has the M Stak alpha testing but not Animal Test but that is okay with me. I don't know if there are any extra articles or not but I am glad that I got it. Peace.

Just got mine. I actually think its only been a week. I am pretty sure its the new version since it has Test in it. Awesome info and for free?? This is something I would have had no problem buying if charged.....Awesome Guide into the life of ANIMALS
Have been reading if for the last hour and started to skim, have to go to class/workout.
I want to know if Animal sells the training log in the back, in an actual book size. Not just a sample? I have been looking for a quality log book. I could just copy but I want something small to carry around the gym.

The one in the back of the AOM would help me keep tabs on the diet/cals/fats/pro and lifting..all in one.

I have one and it is great with all the facts on the products, workout advice, and nutrition information. In fact, I had my friend read some of the pages on the products and after that, he ordered animal pak, and animal cuts and is now a follower of ANIMAL like everone should be. To me, This is my bible. Definately a must have tool for your journey.

If I'm not mistaken, the AOM, has been discontinued. I'd check with J-Dawg or someone to see if there are any leftover copies lying around. I think the "replacement" was the Journey Book. The AOM was a great tool.

Hell yeah it was. Why did they discontinue it? There was a link on the previous page, and it came up with an application. I took a chance and filled it out anyways, but I won't hold my breath. That really sucks if they really won't bring it back. Isn't the Journey book just print version of the "Wrath Diaries", and some log pages in the back? It just wouldn't be the same without all the product info, and the motivational articles.

I found a "vintage" AOM from the year 2001 at this little nutrition shop in Seattle yesterday. It's pretty damn cool! Some good articles I've never seen from Machine, Schak, and Vinny, and good training photos of them training together too! It's also got the profiles of the old products that aren't around anymore, kinda' cool for "kitsch" value. It's also made me take a hard look at adding Animal Max to my current supps, haha.
Lucky guys, I'd print it but don't think my work would be cool with me printing a book off of there system.
