Hi my Animal brother...
First of all I'm going to post the pictures of my last contest weeks ago, The Venezuela National Championchip Class A. I place 2nd in the middle weight class.

My diet was based on:
1227 Cal
165gr Pro
23gr Carbs
50 Fat
------------------------------------------------------------------
Right now I'm eating: For 3 days
1754 Cal
234gr Pro
40gr Carbs
60 Fat
And I was thinking in bumping my carbs instake on day 4th to:
2384 Cal
252gr Pro
166gr Carbs
66gr Fat
So what do you think? I was thing in adding more fat during the 3 low carbs days...
