with my cheating im splitting it into 2 days-small meal on sat, small meal on sunday-instead of gorging in 1 meal and feeling gross ill split it into 2 small ones

one of my fav moves...stand holding 2 dumbells by your side...do a side lateral raise but bring the dumbells up over your head all in one move and at the top your palms should be facing outward, then reverse

Great looking session, bro. Don't knock using the Smith Machine. It's a great way to get a movement going -- no, it doesn't offer the right range of motion all the time, but for certain movements, it's wonderful, because it lets you concentrate on the primary muscles of the specific exercise rather than the stabilizing muscles. Those can come later.

Great looking session, bro. Don't knock using the Smith Machine. It's a great way to get a movement going -- no, it doesn't offer the right range of motion all the time, but for certain movements, it's wonderful, because it lets you concentrate on the primary muscles of the specific exercise rather than the stabilizing muscles.
