hey buddy :D nice workouts.

i have been getting pizza cravings lately lol , every thursday-my cheat day- after training i go to papa jones just across the street get an all meat large pie and slam it infront of tv watching dexter lol :D i have been doing that for like 6 weeks now and everyweek the craving for pizza especially comes more stronger.

i wanted to let u guys know about my little experiment-i am attempting to go the whole year w/ no planned cheat meals...i pretty much didnt cheat all of december except for xmas eve and day...and i havent cheated on my diet since then...i tell u...i feel better...my workouts have been great... and my waist has dropped...my abs are showing through... and my skin has been very clear...right now i have no cravings for anything so well see what happens



Nice work, Pizza. Rarely does anybody see quality calf work. Pullover machine? Why not go with a good old DB?thanks Z-i actually do both versions but i have a thing for pullover machines i love em lol-gotta bring up my calves-theyre sore now

Nice workout Grant. I see more and more people combining back with calves. Seems to do the trick. Heavy calf raises FTW! I like that pullover machine as well.yes sir-back and calves-ive done that for the longest time

Great workouts Pizza...I do have to say that I envy your gym!! the best gym is 1.5 hr drive from where I am...and my gym is a piece of crap...oh well we go to war with what we have!...keep up the good work!!!yeah its a treat to go to this gym-took me like 45 mins to get there-every once and while i love going there

tried doing jumprope at kickboxing tonight-my legs and calves pumped up so much it was painful-stamina wise im fine doing round after round...

rest day until sunday-im feeling tired out and sore...been a while without a break..i think a month or two

last night was annoying at work-my lazy piece of crap boss had me and a coworker move all the old life fitness recumbant bikes into the basement of the gym...down 2 flights of very steep and narrow steps...these bikes had to weigh over 130lbs each...and we had to move 6 of em-he didnt help us at all and was telling us to hurry up so he could work out...then he was busting my balls telling me i have no functional strength as im struggling down the steps trying not to fall...yeah i dont think functional strength is being wedged against a wall carrying a bike on my shoulders...and he didnt even thank us

then today i find out there was no reason to put the bikes down in the cellar and they were being picked up by the company today

Propose a leg super set or circuit workout and I'll give it a got, but somewhere in theres has got to be some squats bro.

heres a cool leg workout i remember doing:

warm up on treadmill for 5-10 minutes

BOX SQUATS superset Leg Press for 2 minutes
3 x 8-12 into Leg Press for 3 sets of 2 minutes

Walking lunges superset Dumbell Step Ups
3 x 30 steps into 3 x 15 per leg

Smith Machine Split Squats superset Box or Bench Jumps
4 x 15 per leg into 4 x 1 minute

Stiff Leg Deads superset Sprints
4 x 12 into Sprints back and forth

1 legged hyperextensions superset Glute Ham Raise
3 x 12 per leg into 3 x 8-10
