I was intrigued when I recently found out that cinnamon aids in bad breath, can prevent stomach ulcers, and can even help control blood sugar levels. After doing a little online reading I found several articles that supported this conclusion, as well as learning it can lower LDL along many other benefits! I always loved the taste of it and have been using it on my oats for years, but I never knew it had such health benefits! Here are two of the websites I looked at.
