All depends on you bro! If high volume is what you respond best to then the answer is no. How long have you trained chest this way? If you have been at it for awhile have you progressed? Everyone responds differently is why I'm asking.

Try the chest routine for a while and see if you make progress. If you do then you found what works for you....as long as you keep progressing you'll be fine. Drop the shoulder shit though. Some people respond to the less is more method, while others are more is good theory of thought

Bro what I suggest is sticking to all of your basic movements. It is not about how many sets you do but how much intensity you put into your workout. Anyone can go into the gym, slap some weight on the bar, bang out a few bullshit sets, and then call it a day. You want to feel every set you do. If you are trying to grow a chest, then you need to be moving some serious fuckin weight. Get your 1 or 2 light warmup sets in and then stick with your reps in the 6-10 range to promote new growth. You aren't gonna produce any new growth by doing 12 to 15 reps a set. All you are going to do it maintain the msucle you have. Stick with the free weights bro. They are what is going to add some size to that chest, not bullshit machines. Leave the sculpting for later. Here is a rountine I suggest:

Incline Barbell Press: 4 sets x 10-6 reps
Flat DB Press: 3 sets x 10-6 reps
Incline Dumbell Flyes: 3 sets x 10 reps
Weighted Dips: 3 sets x 10 reps

Done call it a day. Stretch, suck down some Torrent, and get your ass home to start resting up for the next brutal workout you are going to put yourself through.

my man couldnt have said it any better.. stick to the basics... inclines, flat bench, and dumbell work... lift heavy and give yourself plenty of time to rest.. and watch them boobies grow grow grow
