Hey yall, I am not sure if this is bad but for the past year I have done 6 or more exercises for chest and most other body parts. what will only doing 4 workouts per bodypart do in relation to gaining mass. I dont seem to be lifting more weight nor am I gaining size. I am on a solid diet tho.

if you're stagnating than why not..? give it a shot, see if it works. the way i see it, growth takes place in the kitchen so if adequate stimulation is provided you'll be ok

6 exercises a body part is huge. Sheer overkill. Pullback on the volume, and only do 4 at most for most upper body, except maybe back. 6 is fine for legs though, as long as you aren't doing 4-5 sets a exercise. Try and keep everything at i would say 3-4 sets, and try that for awhile. You grow while you rest, and this will get out of the gym faster, and healing quicker.
Your gains have stopped so yeah pull back on the volume but go harder and heavier than ever with your training, reps in the 6-8 range and hammer it. Balls out bro! Let us know what happens. Good luck
Try training 4 times a week with 3-4 exercises per bodypart, big basic heavy exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench, shoulder press, chins, dips etc.

i agree with my man here... sometimes less is more... i dont do more than 16 sets max for my chest... get in there and stimulate dont anihilate...
I like Vinnys philosophy on training "What works is what you are not doing"
By changing things around every month you keep the body guessing and off guard, good improvements can be made doing this.
Looking forward to that article on this one Vinny mate :)

Id suggest throwing in some olympic full body lifts...maybe some compound bb moves to add to those and keep it to 4 excercises per work out x 2 different workouts per week. Eg
Weighted Pullups
Bent Power Rows
Bench Press
Weighted Dips
Squats
Deads
Hang Clean
Power Shrugs
Military Press
WG Upright BB Row
Go HEAVY AND HARD
