i was doing legs this evening before going to work on the nightshift. i started off with my usual leg workout. i did squats 2 warm-up and 2 work sets, leg extension, stiff legged deads, leg curls and after i was threw i drop to one knee cause i got that jello feelings in my legs and couldn"t walk then ran to the shitter to puke. when i came out some guy asked if i was alright and i told him i was just getting started. went back and did some leg presses and lunges to finish off. i left the gym standing tall (on wobblin wheels) knowing that i had one the battle against the steel on leg day. i fuckin love that feeling.
