"Stack", not to be confused with "Stak" as in "Animal Stak". What is it? The basic idea of combining differening, individual products together for synergy and maximum benefits. Animal products have been designed to work alone, or together, depending on your goals. When you combine two or more Animal products, we're talking "stacking".
So here's the deal. In light of the new FORVM subsection (Animal "Stacks" (http://forum.animalpak.com/forumdisplay.php?f=97)), (1) put together an Animal "stack" of your own, one that you'd like to run, (2) tell us exactly what's in it, (3) how you'll run it (timing, dosage), (4) what your goals are, and (5) why you chose the specific Animal products that you did. Last but not least, give your stack a name.
NOTE: You can reference Universal products in your "stack", but no Universal-brand supps will be awarded. Just Animal supps.
If you are a seasoned "stacker", great. If you need some tips or help, check out the links below.

- Animal Pak: The core, the foundation with vits, minerals, electrolytes, antioxidants, etc.
- Animal Omega: Foundational EFAs, to cover all my essential fat needs
- Animal Flex: Nutritional insurance for my joints, so I can stay in the gym, not out
- Animal Nitro: EAAs. Nuff said. Swap in EAA Stack every now and then.
- Animal Pump: Don't take this every day, but often enough.

Heres my current stack. Im in the offseason, trying to build up as much lean muscle as possible after my first competition this past March. I competed in the light heavies at 187. Right now Im 212, and would love to be around 220 or maybe even 230 by December, when I start cutting for my second show- the Toledo Glass Sceptor. I started off with the Northern Kentucky's- kind of a mistake seeing as there were nearly 300 competitors. So Im scaling it down a notch to a local show. Anyways enough rambling here's my current supplement situation.
8am- 20g Whey with BCAA stack immediately upon waking
9am- Pak with breakfast
11am- BCAA stack
1230 (preworkout)- Stak, and occasionally S.T if I need a kick in the ass.
~2pm (postworkout)- Nitro and 15 minutes later, Torrent <---BEST COMBO EVER!!!!!!!
ZMA before bed
So I guess my ANIMAL arsenal is Pak, Stak, and Nitro, simple yet effective
I also take Real Gains as my shake throughout the day for added calories.
I would love to incorporate Test or Pump along with Stak, but Im still in school and money is tight, so I stick with what works best for me, and thats Stak. (Although I havent tried Test so I cant really say that haha). Ive also heard good things about Omega and might add that in someone in the future.
I think I covered pretty much everything. I would love to win this promo cause my hours just got cut in half at work and I dont want to have to drop any of my supps. Look at me, haha, trying to play the pity card. Whoever wins this, congrats, cause I think this is the best (and most valuable) promo so far.

I take the pak everyday along with omega and pump as staples to continue good health and overall energy. I take the cuts to try and trim the stubborn fat and cut down on the water retention. I also take the nitro before and after workouts and a protien drink in between to get all my EAA's so that my recovery is quicker faster the recovery the faster the growth.

My workouts are more cardio oriented, but am getting back more and more into lifting, as well. I have a rottweiler that is about to take me for walks, instead of the other way around.

Goal: This stak here to “me” is a stak that can benefit anyone who wants to improve their physique, endurance, and overall performance both in and out of the gym. Whether in a foreign land, or the US this is a stak that will pave the way to a better you.
The Foundation:
Animal Pak: Every Soldier needs vitamins, and we know that MRE’s, and Military chow in general are not vitamin heavy this is where Animal Pak comes in to give the Soldier what he or she is missing.
Animal Flex: Rucking, running, walking with all that gear can put a beating on the joints and cause extreme stress on the body overall. Animal Flex is here to keep a Soldiers joints oiled up so the machine can continue perform at max capacity. After all this is a job of life or death, enough to worry about on the battlefield to have to deal with aching joints.
Animal Omega: Healthy Fats, everyone needs them, and Animal Omega is at the top of its game in this department to provide the best EFAs out there. The Building Blocks:
Animal Pump: To me it’s a foundational sup, yet in a Soldiers stack not necisarily the most important, however Pump provides a long lasting pump in the gym to help the blood flow to those muscles, and is required for competitive strength and power athletes, and to me a Soldier is an extreme athlete.
Animal Stak: I am going to include this because it is a favorite of mine, I have seen results. Definitley optimizes strength and performance, and what Soldier dosen’t want to capitalize on both of those.
Animal Nitro: Would love to have this in my Stak, after a brief disscusion with U-Rep I have been informed on how benificial EAAs are. Can not talk about this product from experience, but would love to add it to the construction site of this house I am building.
Now that we have the items we want to build with, how do we put this all together. Simple, here is the timing of the supps:
Animal Pak: Take 1 pak with breakfast (the reason for taking during breakfast is it is the foundation for all other supps in this stak to build off of)
Animal Flex: Take 1 pak with any meal
Animal Stak: Take 1 pak 45 min prior to training *This is a cycled product, 3 weeks on 1-2 weeks off. Do not take multiple cans back to back.
Animal Pump: Take 1 pak 30 min before training (this would be 15 min after Stak)
Animal Nitro: Take 1 pack within 30 minutes of your last rep
Animal Omega: Take 1 pak with any meal

The IWannaGetHyoooooge Stack
Animal Pak- 1pak with breakfast to get your key vitamins & minerals in your system early
Animal Omega- 1pak with lunch. Omega is an Essential add-on to get the proper EFA into your system and aid in getting your diet in balance. Like it says not fancy or flashy but important.
Animal Flex- 1pak in the morning. Nothing is worse than going to the gym and half-assing it due to sore joints, Flex takes care of that by giving you that help by strengthening your ligaments and joints. It provides glucosamine, MSM, and chondroitin to your joints so you can go all out during your workouts without holding back.
Animal Pump- 1pak 30-40 minutes prior to your workout. All I can say is "What a feeling on concentration" I get when I take Pump before my workout. Animal Pak: Gotta' have all nutritional bases covered, and it starts here. The tried and true original pak. My first real supplement, and what started it all for me.
- One Pak in the morning with breakfast.
Animal Pump: The only complete daily dose of creatine and pre-workout supplement all in one. I've tried others, and they just don't do it the way Pump has for me in the past. I can't wait to get back on this.
- One Pak in the morning prior to breakfast on off days, or One Pak in the afternoon 30 minutes prior to training.
Animal Flex: Young and Daring, but this game is hard. When I was younger I was a catcher for my baseball team up until I started playing football. My doctor diagnosed me with a disease called Osgood Schlatter's Syndrome. Flex helps my joints stay lubricated and able to lift heavy and hard each and every day of the week.
- One Pak before sleep each night after my shake.
Animal Nitro: Foundational EAA's. The ultimate combination of every bodybuilder's dream amino acid ratio. What more can I say?
-Two Paks, one during my workout and one immediately post workout.
Animal Omega: We all know the importance of EFA's nowadays, what can be more important that a supplement as complete as Animal Omega?
-One Pak with Lunch, as long as it's not 1-2 hours before my workout. If not, then I take them at night with flex.
Animal M-stak: I've been there before. You've been there before. We've all been "there" before. Can't move the scale, not hungry, striving for that extra step. This is where M-Stak comes into play. Not everyone's cup of tea, but definitely a important step in getting where I need to be. The icing on the cake in the world of a young Animal.
-One pak a day staggered with Pump, whether it be in the morning or pre-workout, always taken fifteen minutes prior on an empty stomach.
And last but not least... the one supplement people usually forget about.
Animal Max: Expensive, but a sure fire way for gaining mass. A great supplement with that extra edge of creatine. Animal Max is a protein supplement's kick in the ass. A protein supplement with a shot of Justice League. The Maserati of Protein Supplements.
- 3 scoops of the chocolate stuff as a final meal before sleep (or whenever I am out for more than two hours at a time) mixed with a cup or two of oats and two raw eggs.
The most complete shake anywhere.

I like to keep things very basic, so a typical stack that I use usually would look like this:
Animal Pak- Cant start a day with out your vitamins and minerals..I take this first thing in the morning with meal #1
Animal Flex- I train hard and heavy with low reps and I must say this is the best supplement i have ever used it made all the joint pain go away. I take this with meal #3
Animal Omega (just added this)- I take this with meal #3. Since Evan Centaponi came to the forum I learned more about the importance of fats and all the EFA's we need.
Thats it.
The reason why I chose this is because I live in the real world and I wont be able to afford so many supplements out there for now. So I asked myself what are the main things I need to grow. I need solid foods, vitamins, minerals, strong bones, and healthy fats. In reality thats all a person needs. All this extra stuff like mstak, stak, test, its all good but it has its time and place. But supplements like pak, flex, and omega every one on the planet needs it and doesnt matter if your a bber or powerlifter. Its just for basic health and nutrition. PEACE.

Pump: simple - have seen good gains with this creatine product...pre-workout

Ok so here is the deal... I got to, want to, and come hell high water, snow, sleet or doomsday will get HUGE! This stack is the one I'm going to run this fall to help me in that mission.... I have thought it over for months upon months at this point and think it will do a tremendous job in helping me achieve my goals.
so here goes:
The Foundation
Pak, Flex, Omega- I take them daily/ religiously... I have said it elsewhere, but at this point in my life a day without these three is like a day in HELL! The cover my basis nutritionally, help fill in any gaps, they help sure up what needs sured up. These are a 365 sup for me from now till I'm worm food! Pak with breakfast, flex with meal 2, Omega with meal 4... Thats how I have been doing and will continue to do.
Animal Pump 2 cans: this is essentially a foundational product for me! Gets my work outs dialed in and well does what it says.. It helps me get the PUMP! Taken 30 minutes pre...
Animal Nitro 3 cans (I go through these like water): I keep this one in all my stacks, as I have found it is one of the best supps (aside from Torrent) to start the recovery process. Whether you are trying to lean out or pack on mass this one should be in the Stack. Taken post work out... 2 packs. (torrent will wash it down, but it is a U prod. so for the sake of this I just thought I would bring it up)
The Get Jacked!
2 Cans Animal Test: we know the deal 42 days with the "bad boy" of the supplement world! Get that T up, get more weight up, and get the growing going in the right direction. This will be taken as is supposed to be with the meal before I train. The last time I was on it every lift went up a min of 25 pounds, most went up more. My BF remained the same and I added 8 pounds... So yeah I'm looking forward to having it in my life again.
4 cans of Stak: Why 4 cans you ask? Here we go... I'm going to take on pack in the morning between meals 1 and 2 and then take the second 45 minutes prior to training... Pretty much for 42 days I'm going to get my Test Jacked up so High that its going to be off the charts. This product paired with Test is the ultimate 1 2 punch along with a solid, dialed in diet for packing on good, clean, dense hard mass... Which is what we all want isnt it?
Now once those 42 days of madness are over its:

This stack if ran properly, along with some other Universal stuff I plan on throwing in (and its going to be pretty wild during the 42 day M-Stak process too) but left out becuase this is an Animal Promo and a solid diet which is already in place, should produce drastic changes in my body composition in the way of added slabs of muscle all while staying lean... I'm running this stack regardless of a win here or not, I just figured I would throw it in for a good time and to see what happened!

Pak and Flex are the foundations on which it is built. Flex to help the joints stay healthy under the heavy weights, and Pak for all the benefits we all know and love, and the glow in the dark urine.
M-stak along with tons of food has been proven to pak on the pounds(see what i did there?) while also causing users to shed some body fat. Upping the weights and body mass, the joints are quite used to which is where the Flex comes in handy.
The Omega, everyone swears they shed fat in the first few weeks of taking it, which is always a benefit. So while putting on the size, will be dropping size around the waist. And who doesnt want that?

This stack is the way to go if you are under 21 and are not recommended to take animal test, but still want to get massive.
Animal Pak- in the morning after breakfast

I more or less run this stack during bulking season. I usually run it for about 6 months, restocking when i need, also of course cycling the M-stak.
First off, goal wise, I am aiming to bring up some of my weak points as much as I can (legs, arms, back) and put on as much quality mass as possible. I plan on doing my first show next fall 2009 and need to do all I can do get up to par in my opinion. Here is the stack I have in mind to help achieve my goals and bring home some more gold to the Animal family.
42 Days of Animality!
THE BRICK WORK
I consider these supplements to be the foundation builders. They are the pieces that are essential to every day nutrition and help me fill in any gaps that I may miss throughout my diet. I take them daily as they are the brick work to building the monster before you.
2 Cans Animal Pak: Gotta have an essential multi vitamin to make sure all my bases are covered, with the Pak I know I am getting every mineral/vitamin that I may overlook in my diet. I would take the Pak first thing in the morning upon waking. This will be 88 days of great multi goodness.
2 Cans of Animal Omega: In my opinion, this may be one of the most overlooked supplements by people. It has an amazing blend of Omega 3s, 6s, and all other EFAs. I would run this to help with brain functioning, joints, and overall well being. I would take one pack with Meal #4 of the day to cover me for the day. By having 60 packs, I would be able
1 Can of Animal Flex: Lately, my right wrist is off and on about hurting. Using Animal Flex, I was able to recover 100% from a fractured elbow, so I know this supplement would help keep my joints, ligaments, and tendons healthy while using all the heavy weights. I would take one pak a day with Meal#2 to prepare/help lube up my joints pre workout.
THE FUEL
I consider these supplements the fuel, because they help aid my muscles in growth and recovery. I also place clean food in this category as well as I am on a clean, long term bulk to improve my physique and become stage ready. Besides food, I will employ the services of these supps...
3 Cans of Animal Nitro: Nitro is essential to providing my muscles with all the key amino acids and nutrients in growing. I would take 2 packs post workout with Torrent, thus the need for 3 cans. I consider these fuel, as aminos are the basic building blocks to building muscles. They would help me increase strength, recovery, muscle mass, and put on the quality size that I want to be able to compete next fall.
4 cans of Animal Max: 2 Cans of Vanilla; 2 cans of Chocolate. Everyone needs protein and I am no different. By having 4 cans, I would be able to fulfill my body's need by consuming a minimum of 1.5 grams of protein each day. I would use the Animal Max for bed time shakes and for in between meals. The much needed protein will fuel and aid my muscles in recovery and growth. 4 cans would provide ample nourishment for the 42 days cycle.
1 Box of Animal Snak Bars: I never tried these things till probably about 4 months ago, and have been hooked every since. I would use these bars whenever I am on the run and/or in class (I start school up in August ::SIGH::). These bars are a great way to get in some essential nutrients and my carb/protein allowance... plus they taste damn good. You can't go wrong with Animal Snak bars and I would use them as a much needed supplement for a man who is always on the run.
THE FIRE
These supplements will help fuel my passion and desire to get in the gym and bust ass. Looking through my journal, I don't believe anyone can question my desire/dedication. These supplements are ones I will use pre workout to help aid me in getting fired up for the gym, putting on mass, increasing strength, and working towards the stage in 2009.
2 Cans of Animal Test: Everyone knows I am an Animal Test junkie... I drool at the sight of the cans and marvel at how great this supplement is. I would run it for 42 days, hence the name of this stack and take it 45 minutes to an hour before workout with an Animal Max shake. I have marveled at how well this supplement helps put on mass, increase gains, and boost strength while cutting down my waist and feel it is vital to use in my path towards competing. By helping to increase free and total testosterone within my body, I know I will be giving it my all in gaining size.
2 Cans of Stak: In addition to the Animal Test, I would use Stak for 42 days and take it as proscribed 30 minutes before lifting. Therefore in addition to the Animal Test, I am ensured that my body is producing a maximum testosterone and anabolic environment which are essential to achieving my goals.
3 Cans of Animal Pump: You can't go wrong with Animal Pump. It is one of the best pre workout cocktails I have ever tried and it delivers mind blowing pumps in the gym. After all everyone is trying to get the best pump they can. By having 3 cans, I am ensured to properly have enough Pump to last me throughout my Test, Stak combo and through the M-stak aftermath. It will help fuel creatine throughout my cells to help volumize my muscles in turn leading to greater mass and strength. It will also deliver much needed energy to hit the weights hard and greater transport through my body with the NO ingredients. I would take 1 pack pre workout with the Stak.
THE AFTERMATH
I will run these supplements in addition to the brick work after I am done running through the Test/Stak combo. This way all lean mass, gains, and strength are helped to be preserved.
2 cans of M-Stak: M-staks ability to help with protein synthesis will help me put on some quality mass especially since I am what is considered a "hard gainer". With the nutrient partitioning effects, I know every time I eat, I am going to be putting in work to become one step closer to my goals. M-stak will help me both in and out of the gym. I would take 1 pack 45 minutes prior to training once I am done with the Test/Stak combo. I will use 2 cans to have the same length of time as I used Test/Stak for.
I don't think enough can be said about the quality of the Animal line. It is the one name that has been proven to work time and time again. With Animal's help, I know I would be able to fuel my desire to compete and help get closer each and every day to achieving this dream. I am definitely dedicated to busting my ass day in and day out of the gym so I have the desire and heart to back up any supplements I take. With proper diet, training, and Animal supplements, I don't see anything stopping me on my path.

This is based on working out at 2pm:
o Animal Pak- 1 pak in the am w/ breakfast
1 pak pm with dinner
o Animal Test- 1 pak with lunch 1hr. prior to workout
o Animal Stak- 1 pak 30 minutes pre workout
o Animal Max- 1 shake between breakfast and lunch
1 shake before bed
(I am a fan of 1 chocolate and 1 vanilla to mix it up)
o Animal Nitro- 1 pak pre-lunch
1 pak post workout
This stak will be 8 weeks straight, with the exception of the stak. 3 weeks on 1 week off (for 2 cycles) as we all already know. Everything else is steady.
After the 8 weeks, replace the Animal Test with M-Stak, to keep your "Swole" on!
The building block, like with any stak, is the pak. Gotta have it. The hidden secret, Animal Max. Not only does it fill your body with the essential nutrients you need to get "stacked" it doesnt taste like chalk! Awesome!

my goal is to make some serious gains not only with the iron but also with the weight, i have been on a bulk for about a 2 months now and put on a solid 10 pounds and made some great gains in the gym, but i am ready for some even better gains. I currently am eating 5 meals a day with 2 real gains shakes also. I train 4-5 days per week. Training is not the word for it, it should be called insanity, because what my workout partner and i do is psychotic, i push my body to hell and back, because it is the only way i know how to train, go heavy or go home i say. i think test/stak/omega/pump/pak stacked with my intensity whoaaaooo i have the chills just thinking about the gains that i could acheive. I would definitley keep a log of my starting lifts and weight and keep it updated daily since i am on this website for a few hours per day. thanks for the opportunity.

This Stack runs just above the radar as far as basics go but will put some solid gains on you and with a properly managed diet you can do it without gaining a lot of body fat.
The stack runs like this:

This is what I am currently taking for my last 8 weeks of prep....
Animalpak - Multi 1 pack in the AM and one pack after my last meal of the day in the PM.
Animal Omega - one pack with my 3rd meal (eggs whites) in the afternoon the best EFA supplement on the market works great since I am on super low carbs.
Animal Stak - to help keep my test levels up a little bit and give me that extra push during training...the extra test will assist in my recovery from the daily beat down i put on myself...taken 30 minutes before training...and with meal #1 on no training days
Animal Nitro - This product is by far my favorite supplement in my/this stak. I take these often in the AM before my first cardio stak, after my work out before meal #2 and after my evening cardio session....thats 3 a day (morning, noon, night)

Ok, so I just competed and I am primed to GROW. My body is aching for some food and aching for a boost... my stack is designed to give me the added boost that I need to get going into a crazy anabolic growth explosion...
Here's what's in it...
Pak - 1 pak with breakfast
Omega - 1 pack with fatty protein meal
Flex - 1 pack before bed
TEST - 1 pack pre-workout
Stak - 1 Pack with meal pre-workout
M-stack - 1 Pack with pre-pre- workout meal and 1 pack POST workout
Nitro - 1 pack with break fast, 1 pack pre, 1 pack post, 1 pack before bed
It seems like there is a TON going on here, but really, it's quite simple. You've got a mix of super growth compounds, foundational formulas, and general body support. You've got your EFA's and your vitamins and minerals covered as well as your joint system with the first part of the stack. This is essential to the stack because you've got everything COVERED completely - everything that could go wrong WON'T go wrong because you've got the RAW materials from the first part of the stack...
TEST comes next - obviously an anabolic haven - this product is banging and I saw the peak of my off-season with it - I am ready to have some more serious growth with it again. You've got AA in it which is perfect especially coming off of a deprived diet, such as KETO, you want that inflamation and you want those compounds pounding into your system.

Okay, this stack not only provides the foundations to live a fulfilling, healthy and long life but combines the necessities to be an ANIMAL for all time as well.
So how does it work:
1. Wake up and have a high-protein, medium carb breakfast such as egg whites, oats and open up that beautiful little package of 11 pills called the Animal Pak. Everything else is built on this. You want to create a fortress to endure for time. Build it on one hell of a foundation. The Pak is that foundation.

This is my regimen for my road and preparation to glory for my up and coming show on 9/13/2008!
A) 6 am Animal Cuts up awakening
B) Cardio at about 6:30/7:00 am depends on what day and how long I want to do cardio in the morning!
C) Cardio done let's say 7:30 am
D) 8 am B-Fast: 1 Animal Pak, 1 Animal Flex, 1 Animal Omega
E) Through Out Day/Work: 3 Servings of EAA Stack in gallon water w/ 10g glutamine
F) 11 am 45 min Before Lunch: Animal Cuts
G) 4:30 pm 30 minutes after last bite of w/o meal 1 Animal Pak (I know I know you only really need 1 Pak, but I feel safe and comfy on my training days taking 2 PAKS)
H) 4:45 pm 45 minutes before training Animal Stak
I) 5 pm 30 min B4 WO: 1 Animal Pump, 1 Animal Nitro
J) Start training at 5:30
K) During WO: 1 Serving EAA Stack, 5g Glutamine, 1/2 serving Storm
L) Post WO: 1 Animal Nitro
M) 30-45 Min PWO: I eat my PWO meal

This stak is designed to put on some major mass in just one time through a stak.
Here is the stak:
Animal Pak - With morning meal
Animal Flex - With afternoon meal
Animal Test - With Pre workout meal
Animal Stak - Take 45 mins prior to training
Animal Pump - Take 30 mins prior to training

Consume 1 gallon of water per day
Eat 2g of protien per pound of bodyweight

I am a mixed martial artist so my routine is different that what most of you are used to. I weight train Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the day and work on MMA training in the evening. Tuesdays and Thursdays are strictly conditioning days and Saturdays I spend half my time sparring and the other half training other guys. I use nothing buy Animal and Universal products and have even been able to talk some of the guys I train with to start using them.
Here is my current stack.
M - W - F
1 Animal Flex with breakfast
- Grappling (arm bars, knee bars, shoulder locks, leg locks) can really take a toll on a mans joints. Since I started taking this product I have not had any issues at all with my joints. Even if I do get tweaked pretty hard, I am fine the next day. I can't speak highly enough about this product.
1 Animal Pak with Lunch
- If you have to ask why then you need to turn off your computer and go outside and play before it gets dark. I have used this for that past 10 years even when I wasn't training.
1 serving Animal Max pre workout (w/ Universals Carbo Plus added)
- This baby here is a diamond in the rough and one of my little secrets. It contains protein, creatine, and glutamine all in one not to mention it tastes good.

- Great product to supply my muscles with what they need to perform and helps cut down recovery time. Throwing around 200+ pound guys can really fatigue your muscles but Nitro keeps me on my game.

Future Plans:
I want to add Animal Omega (taken with the Flex) to get some good fats because plain flax seed oil isn't cutting it.
I want to replace the Animal Max before workout with Animal Pump. I've heard a lot of great things about and I want to try it out.
I also want to add Animal M-Stak to the mix as well. This plus the Pump should help my strength increase big time.

I'm currently 19 years old, weighing in at 190 during cutting, and hopefully looking to weigh about 210 during off season in september. I've been at this sport for about 6 or 7 years, moved from my basement doing pushups, benching, deadlifts, and squatting, to the gym doing everything else. I'm 19 years old so I dont plan on using any testosterone boosters for now, so my stack is basic. I figured most people are going to try and get their money's worth out of this with mass gaining stacks. So I decided to go for a different fat burning stack.

I think I'mma have to rock with my current stack for this one...I ran it once before, ended the cycle on 06.08.08, and was so damn impressed I started another three weeks ago. Just cracked the second can of Test a couple days ago. Here goes:

Animal Test: I try to drop it about 2hrs. before my workout with my last pre-workout meal.
Animal Pump: 20-30min. before my workout.

I also run a daily Omega 3/6/9 complex, non-Animal branded. Thinking about adding in Animal Omega since the price difference isn't too bad. Ran a can of M-Stak as PCT after my last Test cycle, and it worked wonderfully: kept every gain I made, and actually gained more still! Only downside of it: there's no hormonal support w/the M-Stak. I think I'mma run Stak w/M-Stak this time around as PCT. Maybe it's a TMI thing, but the ol' libido came to a screeching halt after I got off Animal Test last time, so I think PCTing a lesser T-booster like Stak should fix that one.

Its a great stack, not too complicated but I made the most progress with it, about a good 40 lbs during the past year with limited fat gain...This stack combined with heavy progressive lifting and eating can lead to fast muscle gain...and don't forget to do some cardio too to limit fat gain. Goal of this stack is to put on ALOT of lean muscle mass. The reason why I chose these is because no other company is like ANimal/Universal, they are just bullshit supps(most of them) and the prices aren't fair either for what you get, Universal/Animal is the real deal and it's proven to work for me and others as well, so why fix something that's not broken? Torrent- best pwo supplement i've ever used. im seeing great results. Protein and Carbs it has is very beneficial.

Well this is a tenative of what i wish i could do with my hours over here, i have to eat an mre and shit now and again while on missions but if i could this would be my stack

Okay I'm going all out here, you won't see another one like this:
The point of this stack would be for mass gains primarily through large amounts of EAA's and insulin spiking at specific times.
Foundational Supplements:
Pak (1 can)- everyone needs pak
Omega (1 can)- you can never have enough EFA's
Nitro (3 cans) - if I'm gonna load up on EAA's I want the best
Flex (1 can)- I may be 20 but I still have achy joints
Animal Pump (1 can)- get me in the zone before working out
Cycled Supplements:
M-Stak (1 can) - I'm gonna be eating a lot and I want to make sure it's all going to the right places
Others:
Torrent - perfect for getting that insulin spike at the right times, plus it's got a lot of leucine. Not to mention it's delicious.

i think this stack would be a killer cut. first your getting all of your nutrients and vitamins needed and also a steady supply of amino's not too mention the essential fats. also with all of the cardio and extra reps the beta alanine would help with the muscle fatigue. i would run this stack for 42 days, i would keep a journal and post a thread of the strides i make throughout this stack, i would follow the keto diet to a "T". i currently workout Mon-fri, and take the weekend off to recover. currently i am doing about 1/2 hour of cardio per day, i would bump that up to 1 hour. i currently weigh about 185 right now, and would like to be a jacked and cut 175ish. thanks to animal for the opportunity.

I call my stack Makin' Change because I just saw this poster the other day, and it really speaks to me. My stack is very basic. I know that supplements wont "make change" - only my nutrition choices and solid workouts will "make change". So here it goes:
Animal Omega - taken with breakfast - I choose Omega because I am trying to build muscle while remaining lean. No bulk and cut cycles. Omega will allow me to maintain a low fat diet and still make sure all the fat soluble vitamins from the Pak are absorbed.
Animal Pak - taken after breakfast before leaving the house for the day. This will allow the recommended hour between Omega and other animal products.
Animal Pump - taken pre-workout 4 days per week
Animal Max - for shakes post workout 4 days per week
