x2... DOMS....

DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) can take anywhere from 12-48 hours to kick in... it also could just be that your legs tolerate that kind of training really well there wasnt an overload of cortisol and lactic acid... WHICH is actual good!!! cortisol is extremely catabolic (muscles breaking down)

Bro just cause you're not sore doesn't mean you didn't have a productive workout. In fact it's actually a good sign to an extent cause it could mean your body is becoming conditioned to the heavy stress you are putting on it through intense training.

yeah man, two days after leg day is always the worst...the first day after leg day their usually stiff, but the soreness usually really sets in the day after that

I agree with that, leg soreness usually kicks in for me two days later. Especially when working and having to do a lot of walking the next day.

Nothing to be disappointed about. Either means your diet is on track and youre getting enough nutrients or liek Gunz said, you can tolerate that kind of workout which is impressive. No worries bro, it happens, youll probably be sore tonight or tomorrow.

Are you taking in a lot of BCAAs? My soreness is reduced to virtually nothing with doses 5g pre/ 10g post workout.

i have several questions:
how long have you been doing this workout? have you become used to it?

weight is relative...
looks like you used some heavy weights, but fuck the numbers... did you FEEL it?
too often i see guys just moving weight and counting reps...
i care much more about the reps and the effort put forth than the weight.

how is your mind-muscle connection? are you focused?
are you concentrating to feel every bit of every rep?
honestly, i can get a better workout with 1/2 the weight that other guys use sometime because i focus.
ask shaffer about my shoulder work. haha

how did you feel during and at the end of the workout?
did you put 100% into that training session?

again, maybe you'll feel it tomorrow? but i'd expect you to be tight today.

and c'mon guys... no disrepect to anyone, i love EAA's,
but you can bathe in EAA's and BCAA's and you're still going to be a little sore after putting 100% effort into leg day.

Oh I definitely agree, there will be some soreness, I'm just also saying there's a big difference for me, even after marathon volume sessions or shock techniques.

The other guys are correct also about Soreness Onset being longer for legs, mine are further delayed from the other muscle groups as well, but kick in just as hard.

I've been fine the next day and struggle sitting on the can the next.

i'm 33 and i can tell you that i feel supps way more at this age than i did 10 or even 5 years ago.
one area that i notice a big difference in is recovery...
EAA's (EAA Stack, EAA Nitro, etc) and Torrent have been huge for me in the way of recovery time.
i believe that Uni-Liver helps a lot as well.

A big reason that you get sore is because your body ain't used to whatever stress is being put on it--which is why we vary our routines a lot. As Arnold said, if your body is a 10 horsepower motor and you subject it to a 12 horsepower load, it will become a 12 horsepower motor. It adapts. Well, something that nobody really thinks about is that if you change up your routine a lot then your body gets used constant changes too. Does this mean you haven't worked your muscles and that they wont get bigger? No. It just means your getting very well conditioned. Keep it up man!

referring to some of the things you said i dont take bccas and thats the first time i did heavy legs in months since i had a lower back strain
i was focused entirely on my task at hand as a matter of fact me and my training partner both puked during this workout.. him during leg ext and me during front squats

most of my legs work in the past couple months has been done with light weight medium reps or triple sets with no rest just to get the burn, so honestly bros its a mystery ha now my chest is the opposite i killed it and ive had the burn in my upper pecs since monday afternoon ( i did that workout monday morning at 8)

cause you front squated in the smith machine.
just kidding!

i hardly get sore anymore. i powerlift now and lack of soreness is good so im ready for the next big day. i have learned soreness dont mean too much. it would mean far more for a bodybuilder then a powerlifter. try switching shit up for 3 weeks.

Agreed...

I'm 32 and experienced more soreness and longer recovery times before I started EAA supplementation. I usually mix some Storm/Eaa stack and drink that during my workout, Nitro immediately after...and on off days I just take the Storm/Eaa stack combo.
I take 6 uni-liver with every whole foods meal.

I hardly notice any soreness at all anymore, but I kind of miss it a bit sometimes.
Always made me feel like i've accomplished something...lol.

You feel soreness the nextday with all muscles, but legs take 2 days.

switch it up bro. hit up the 20 rep squats and finish with some dumbell lunges. if you go ass to the grass style on the 20 reppers, then you will definately feel it the next day.
