Yea bro you need to be taking in a surplus.

Eat up bro.
ditto to all...just eat more, but eat sensibly. i'm a little on the light side too(150lbs), so i know how you feel about burning too many calories. eating properly will ensure that you don't lose any valuable weight
but, the basketball can be considered 'active rest', rather than just a day off from the gym. not a bad thing.

im assuming you are on this site because you wanna get BIG.
So, the best thing would be to completely cut cardio out or maybe do it once a week maximum. But if you are a sportsman and need to attend practices etc, you need to know that your base metabolism will be much higher than the average person.
As a result you are able to eat, to a certain extent, some junk to pile on the calories, provided you are getting good protein in.
Bear in mind that 1g of fat contains 9 calories, and 1g or carbs and protein contain 4 calories. So, on top of getting in your necessary good clean carbs, proteins and fats, head down to McDonalds after practice and grab a triple Big Mac! Hell i would!
Peace
good advice bros, after prac today i drank 2 protein shakes one after gym and one after prac then had chicken n rice

the shakes are good and all but the food is more important... whey protein goes in and out too fast
