Bro's just started doing one of the workouts that is in the training section. Only thing is I have no idea what a reverse EZ bar press is. Neither do any of the trainers in my gym?? Can someone please help??

By the name, I'd say on a bench, e-z bar on your thighs, grab the bar in supination (palms facing you), bring that fucker up and do some close grip presses.. that, or do the old basics.. close grip bench press, dips, skullcrushers, french presses, pushdowns..

i had a look at the routines and im guessing it number 4 you are doing?

its a shoulder press, load some weight on the ez bar and with your palms facing you press the weight up... standing or seated it don't matter... use the bends in the bar to find the best grip.

personally i'd just use a straight bar and do the same thing...

i used it when i did routine no.4 its a very powerful move on the shoulders the trick is to feel it rather than pile up the weights
