A big thanks to all the boys that turned up from all over the place!

This was our second ABC and it has continued to grow. We had 8 there today and it was a quality 8. We got some great pics and everyone put in 100%. We had some beginner lifters, some 1st place body builders and a very large teenager. I myself was unable to work out due to lower back issues and bedfox (luke) came to support even with a torn pec but it was great to catch up with everyone.

We didnt go out for food afterwards as quite a few of the boys had other commitments today. Hopefully N2B will post up the pics when he can :)

I had enough shirts there for everyone but i ordered too many 2XL's and they didnt fit anyone. I should have got L's.

Also got the banner signed.

Big thanks to everyone who's checked out the pics... it was a great gym to train at, probably one of the toughest that i've seen for a while in the brisbane area, i'll be looking forward to heading back there for another ABC in the future...
