Which ever you all do either wrestle or fight. for me brothers its hard to find a happy medium between the 2. i am/was/still am a competative kickboxer/grappler. not too long ago i stoped training because of a show i want to do and started to bulk. i fight at 155lbs and i am really strong at that weight class. i find that i miss the training i was doing while fighting and sometimes i feel like i should just go back to it and stop bodybuilding. the other problem is that i love bodybuilding. any advise on this?

It all comes down to what you are most passionate about, and comfortable with doing the other just "on the side".
Personally, after piling up classes, my passion for lifting and family commitments, I had to walk away from the mat both as a competitor and a coach.
I can't say I don't miss it, but I feel that it was the choice that was right for me.
I will balance the two when I start fighting. Not so much bodybuilding, but a powerbuilding approach. People say its impossible, but I can do it and I will.
