Age-Teen
Weight-200lbs.
Bench Max-310lbs.
Squat-425lbs.
Deadlift-485lbs.
Only been lifting for 2-3 years, now its my life but i am happy with my strength but would like to get some more size on me and heard the quickest way is through compound supersets, anyone have any suggestions or comments about these supersets?

what do you mean compound supersets? Like supersetting flat bench and squats? If thats what you're talking about, I don't think that's what you'll wanna do..

Break it up into days of course.. You can still superset though and make one of the exercises a compound exercises.. For example, superset flat bench with dumbell flyes..

it seems like you should know what you're doing.. Keep the reps high (10-15 reps) and, assuming your diet is in check, you should steadily gain some size..

It talks about all the supersets including compound supersets, The way you stated like bench and dumbell flyes is how i was always taught to superset and with 12 reps, and i think around a 6 week plan to gain mass should work?
