Me now, I do trceps first, reasong(s) being: For me-----they need more work than my bicep, so I will be at my strongest, warms up my shoulder a bit for biceps, and my elbow also get some blood in there prior to bicep training.....
If you follow-look at my workout journey, my arm routine has not changed much, I do the arm training in the article when training in my basement-home gym...and when I go to commercial gyms only 1-2 exercises MIGHT change...
I never understood why biceps before Triceps was suggested. triceps make 2/3 of the arm, why make it play second fiddle? Shouldn't it get the most respect to make your arms super human?

It explains that I train tricpes first, just the bicep muscle explanation is in the first patagraph...nothing to do with the order of my exercises...It all depends what arm muscle needs more work!

My bad good sir, i thought he made allusions to the Routine in the AOM that says Biceps before triceps. I should have checked the article before posting the reply.

No prob. My tricpes need more work than my biceps, so I bang them first...Some people are genetically blessed with huge-thick-ripped arms...NOT ME!
