I have stopped growing. Regardless of the changes I make in my split, my exercise selection, intensity, and volume, I cant seem to add any more weight to my lifts. This lack of progressive poundages is the reason I cant add anymore size to my body. Im out of ideas. What should I do to pile on more plates so that I can pile on more mass?

No one is going to be able to help until you tell us what your experience level and routine are like.

Sounds like you've reached a plateau. You need to reevaluate you training, rest, and nutrition. If you are taking enough cals and getting 8-9 hrs of quality sleep a night than more than likely your body could need a break. Take a week off, rest up, and take it from there. Also at times like these, fractional plates come in handy, cause as you're seeing there comes a time where you just can't make 5-10 lb jumps anymore but you can almost always make 1-2 lb gains, so you may consider getting yourself some, you can get them here:http://www.ironwoodyfitness.com/fractionals.php Believe it or not they can really help you bust out of a plateau and help you continue to make gains.

x2...i think you've defiantly hit a plateau...maybe take a week off and then get back at it...give you body sometime to rest up and then come back firing away

Also, you gotta eat...even if you think your taking in enough...eat more, add a another meal in...its a fucking chore to choke down all the food your body needs to grow...up your calories and you will defiantly see new growth

Your body adapts to a certain stimulus until that stimulis does not stimulated anymore. I.e. to keep growing, getting stronger, faster, etc... you need to plan training/diet in waves. Perhaps your body is used to eating a certain amount of food at this point that calories in = calories out. Maybe your body is just used to the volume/intensity of your workouts.

Post your diet and training as of recently. Chances are your going to have to change something and try something new to your body. Maybe try cutting for a couple weeks and working on real high reps and conditioning. Then your insulin sensitivty will be back up and youll be in good shape ready to rock out the heavy/mass building sets.

Im doin a fivve day splitr as of now hittin each body part with three exercises and four sets a piece. I just started this split and excercise selection so I know its not the training aspect that is keeping me from adding more weight. I think it is the diet. I cant seem to eat. Every morning I am not hungry and have to force myself to swallow the eggs and oatmeal. If i didnt have water, there would be no way I could chow down without throwing up. Its fucked up and I cant figure out why I dont wanna eat. My calories are low an that probably is my problem.

If calories are a problem, use Real Gains.. 600 calories without adding milk, peanut butter or anything. I have trouble eating and digesting what I need to grow but it's part of the grind. Real Gains is where it's at.

Yea real gains helps bro, if you can just manage 2 shakes a day with milk and maybe a few extra things (oats, peanut butter, olive oil, etc.) you can easily, realisitically add 1500+ cals to you intake.

Real Gains uses maltodextrin for the carb source right? Im currently using True Mass by BSN which uses both maltodextrin and a more complex carb as well. But adding shit to the shake helps? Drinking down a shake is a lot more appetizing early in the morning or between meals when I need to chow down the extra calories.

You have to start doing two things:

1. Train for strength

2. Eat more

Thats it.

I moved to more of a strength enhancing workout selection so I got the mass building exercises covered. I just cant find the fucking appetite to eat! Without water I would not be able to swallow anything I put in my mouth especially in the morning.
