lol I thought this thread was gonna be about hot wings. Assuming you're talking about your lats try one arm dumbbell rows.

just start and finish you'r set with the lacking side it worked for me it took some time but it brought it up... not realy any science behind it but oah well.

Using dumbells for some of your exercises should even things out in the long run.

Why not Buffalo Wild Wings (I guess that is regional)? They've got hotter hot sauce... Chewing on one side half of my face went numb...
