Hey guys,

Im really in a big rut at the moment! Im on a 12 week blitz bout seven weeks to go and just over the past week i feel i am loosing momentem.

My Training and dieting have been spot on but still no real big changes!

Im on my Animal Stak for the last 7 weeks of the Blitz.

Just wondering if anyone has any secrets or can tell me where im going wrong

Im training weights 3-4 times per week and cardio 5 times.

My diet is

Before Bed-

Pre Training I have Pump
Post Training I have Nitro also have Nitro Before bed

Goals at the moment are really to drop more bf at about 15% at the moment. And more muscle mass i know its hard to do both at once but i feel i have good muscle mass already its just its coverd by that one layer of stubbern BF i have good size when i pose just no definition. Not Very vascular either but that dosnt really matter!

Just if anyone has any tips bout diet or anything! Any comments are opriciated!!

Thanks

what kind of cardio are u doing and how long for?
try swapping to some high intensity interval training 2 20 minute sessions a day
im an aussie too so the summer is hot, leave the cardio sessions for late arvo of before ur first meal, this ensures youre tappin into the fay and not glycogen for fuel.
u wont gain much mass while youre trying to cut but youll look bigger in the mirror the more u strip down...
let me know if u need some more help!!!

You don't say anything about carbs pre and post workout. They are vital at those times on weight days. How long are your workouts taking and how much volume are you doing?

Of course you're not going to make incredible gains while cutting, but also keep with it, some people take longer than others to lose that stubborn fat (like me: I take twice as long than someone with speedy metabolism to lose it), and stay consistent. If you're still in this rut after ten-twelve weeks or so, then tweek your routine including cardio, and volume of lifting.
