hi glad im here.....theres a guy at the gym i go to does 1 hour of cardio on the treadmill and 10 mins of weight training...I do 1 hour of weight training and 10 min of lite cardio..
whos burning more calories..........???

All depends on the intensity level that one exerts for the cardio and weights.

Lol couldn't tell you, depends on the levles of intensity you guys are training at. I don't understand though why would this guy only weight train for 10 minutes?! What kind of sense does that make?

he does a slow jog for a hour to stay lean 6 days a week, he says the 10 mins of weightraining is to keep as he says his muscles a little firm...
i on the other hand do intense training on a 6 day split an hour at a time.....

he states that weight training does not burn hardly any calories, only cardo does.....

he's lean.........im lean but of course more muscular.....due to diet and training..where he says that the weights are a non if any calorie burning exercise.... im lean because of diet not training....hes a personal trainer.we argue all the time about it......

Well he ain't going to get very far going that route. He may be/stay lean but he'll never be strong or muscular. And he says weight training doesn't burn much calories?! Yea right lol...
