I have been using the paks for about a year, but just discovered this web site about a month ago. This site and all of the animal products are great, I now cant live with out either one of them.

I've been using Animal Pak for 4 years now (since I was 18 or 19). I came across Animal by a recommendation and from one of the biggest influenced of my teen years. Back then I didn't really know the in's and outs of how you're supposed to go about training or diet, I had no computer or internet to research anything about it. All I had was a desire to hit the gym everyday with no real guidance, just a goal to better myself. One day a older guy, who I always watched to see what he was doing because he was so big, came up to me and asked if I knew what I was doing. He figured me out! He saw I was just copying the routine he did everyday. He told me to talk to him after we're done his workout (it shocked me, haha).

After a talk he recommended that I start a more simple training routine and said I should break it down to a 4 day split and find what exercises work for me. After talking about diet and training, he recommended Pak to me and explained a bit about the supplement industry and showed me what he used, saying supplements will never be better than food, and if I start buying them to stay simple. He was a really big influence to me, and now a few years later that I'm more educated in the matter, I'm glad to have been shown the right direction by a true Animal.

I've been using the Pak for aboput 3 years now. When I started lifting again, I had a friend turn me on to the Animal web-site. I needed a good multi and through research about "Animal" nutrition and reading the entire website before there was a Forvm it seemed to be the foundational building block for what I wanted to accomplish. I have been using Animal products ever since.

I first got the animal pak in July 2007....I first found out about the multi in a magazine because the ads intrigued me, I thought "what kind of shit is this"....So I hopped over to bodybuilding.com and read the nutritional facts and thought "hey, this looks like some good stuff"....So I ordered a can, got it in the mail, opened it up and said "Holy Shit!!! 11 pills!!!"

I started using Pak in December of 2007. I'd just started powerlifting and training for strongwoman events, and I needed a better multivitamin than One a Day. I felt a lot better after I started taking Pak, and it gave me the energy to lift heavy even after 12 hours of work. After Pak, I worked in Pump, Shock Therapy, Natural Sterol, and now Stak. They were so motivating, and I gotta admit I wanted to look like the animal in the ads. After I read the journey time after time when I could make it to the computer center I was hooked. I was already into lifting weights before I picked up all these issues of Flex but after reading the journey I new I wanted to live this Animal Lifestyle. But I did not know much about supplementation. All I was taking was my whey and creatine. I went to the shop and saw that can of Animal Pak from the ad. And one thing led to the other. I came home from Iraq, and the forum opened up and I learned and researched all I could from the forum about these Animal Pak and all the other products.

The first time I used Animal Pak was back around 1992. A buddy of mine suggested it and I bought some. Problem is, I was so inexperienced, unfocused and pre-occupied with partying and drinking that I never got the benefit out of it I should've. Jump ahead to 2003 and I find myself trying it again - WOW. What a great supplement, it helped me not only ease back into lifting after years away, but make gains significantly quicker, feel better, healthier, etc.

I'll admit, I haven't been on Pak 100% of the time since, but probably about 60-70% of the time since. Sure, I've tried others, (wasted money) but none do for me what Pak does, so like Pak is like that wildwoman in the bedroom we always come back to, and I always end up back with the Pak.

I first started using the pak back in January 2004 when I first realized I needed to change the way I looked. I was disgusted with myself in the mirror and realized that I needed to get started with some serious training and nutrition. After having the training and nutrition in place, I then researched supplements that seemed to cover all the bases I needed. I knew cutting, I would be in dire need of making sure all my odds and ends were covered in vitamins and minerals and was amazed at the complete profile I saw on my first can of Animal Pak. I was seriously anxious about trying this bad ass multi vitamin after being a little disappointed with Centrum and other cheap multis. I learned a lot of these cheap brand multis were being wasted and my body was in need of obtaining all proper nutrients that I was missing with a calorie deficit and hard training. After saving up money from my part time summer job, I purchased my first supplement order containing whey protein and Animal Pak. A few months later, and I was back in shape and had lost around twenty pounds due to all my hard work, diet, cardio, training, nutrition, and supplements.

I can still remember my face the first time I opened up Animal Pak and was disgusted with the smell. I even thought I had something wrong when my piss was dark yellow...I thought I was dehydrated. I even, hid some of my money that I made in the Pak can with all the packs around it. When I first started out I never used a multi, I though who needs that stuff?? Flipping through MD and flex magazines I always came across this one ad that I was like what is that? It was the universal ad that featured storm and shock therapy and the guy was squatting down and 315 on the floor in the background. I saw the website and logged on, wow it was mind blowing. All the information really got me hooked. I did lots of research on animal pak trying to get feedback from people on how it worked for them and one answer really summed up all of the feedback I was getting, animal pak...it speaks for itself. I then bought my first can of it when I was a freshman in college so that was a year ago and haven't thought of any other multi since. It was amazing, I would take it with my breakfast and be all fired up for the rest of the day. After experimenting with a lot of different products I thought, why not try more than just pak. This was the best decision I made so far with choosing supplements. Its my Universal stak that contains pak, m stack, flex, torret, pump, bcaa, eaa, whey, casein and tons of food. I can say with this stack I have made the biggest gains I have ever made. I will never switch to a different company again. I know that animal pak’s line of supplements are the best on the market and no other company has come close.

Anybody who knows me knows I stand by all of animal pak's supplement line. I’ve got a lot of people using the pak now. When people ask me about it I tell them how they are all about their product. But something isn't right. Something isn't complete. I go a few months feeling this way.

Then I see it. Up on the shelf. The yellow catches my eye. In a sea of useless black or white bottles. This big yellow can sitting there. I pick it up and for the first time realize just how heavy it is. No longer can anyone tell me I'm not ready or that I'm too young. I run to the register like a kid with a gift certificate in a toy store. I get it home and immediately open it. I cannot wait. Tomorrow I get to take it. I have been waiting years to take pak, and its only 12 short hours away.....Those 12 hours seem like weeks.

Athletes also take Animal products, I am a baseball player, I take Pak and Pump as well as Nitro need my essentials. I used workouts from the pro's here to explode my legs and my back as well as my shoulders (not for size) but rathers for a lifelong stamina. The workouts are as intense as I am on the field. I also used Animal to get me started on my core strength, which is essential for pitchers. My coach goes, "Bryan, are you juicin? Your 60 yd dash went from a 7.5 to a 5.4." i got started a year ago and i was looking for a multi that actually did what it said and was worth its money. then i saw the poster of machine "shut the fuck up and train" at my gym and i saw there was a website so i checked it out. read a few articles and was hooked. then i started reading about the pak and your reputation got me. so when i picked it up at gnc the guy goes " oh alot of bodybuilders come in and use it, but my manager is huge and a trainer at ballys and he says everyone should use the gnc multi" knowing that at the ballys he worked at i wouldnt even ask their trainers where the drinking fountain is i knew this product was good. best supplement i ever bought. and when i was low on money and i wasnt taking it u could tell that my energy was not what it was when i was on the pak. i will always take the pak. and i love to hear "look how fuckin big those pills are, and theres like 20" the pak also got me hookd on all of universals products. so i really owe it to you guys ha

I am loving how much this thread is growing. It is fun to see others who share the same obsession, need, and passion as myself.

I, for a longtime, would use Centrum multis and Kirkland multis. I figured what is the difference, a vitamin is a vitamin. Boy was I wrong! All these garden variety multis just throw a ton of ingredients together in a pill without even considering interactions, absorption, and site of action. Look at the iron content in them. The bioavailability of your average run of the mill vitamin supplement is incredibly poor that it seems just about useless to take it at times.

Once I switched to Animal Pak, I could literally feel the difference. This wasn't just a "multivitamin", it was a performance attenuating pak of different coated and release rate nutrients vital to an ATHLETE'S daily needs. Vitamins, minerals, aminos, efas, digestive aids, Animal Pak is an all inclusive body altering and support formula.

Once I made the switch, I felt stronger in the gym and had longer lasting energy in the day. Why you may ask? For once in a long time, I was getting essential vitamins and minerals suited for me, an athletic male who lifts weights, not grandma or your average joe glued to the sofa and television.

Although I definitely took up lifting much later in life due to my son showing an interest, I've recently become a big fan of the animal pak and the universal whey. They're the two foundations that my son and I have been taking to help speed the development of our muscular gains. I definitely feel much better when I'm taking the Pak because it's such a complete multi-vitamin and it's relatively inexpensive.

I definitely like the new pictures on the anmial cans too, they remind me of old school gyms where some of the toughest guys I know used to hang out years ago. Having the can sitting on the shelf by the window in the kitchen gets me hyped up to get back into the gym and really tear it up. The psychological effect of the can's pictures are very potent. I think I might have to get one of those shirts soon.

Very cool company, and definitely a great product. I'll be buying from them for a long time.

When did you first start using Animal Pak and what got ya started on it?

I first started using Animal Pak after going to a local ABC Event (Erie). After spending time with KC and another friend that tagged along for the session, we were talking about universal supplements and both of them stated that PAK was one of their favorites among all of the products universal sells. I usually take a generic Multi, but I had to give this a shot after sampling torrent and animal Pump.

I ordered up a small can of Animal Pak just to try out and see what I have been missing out on, and im glad I did because now It is a staple in my supplement stack. Thanks to an ABC event in my hometown, and to Nick (KC) for shedding the light onto using Animal Pak, im glad I started and now consider it a "Must Have" supplement

When I first started lifting seriously, I think I suffered from what most beginners do. The hype of neccessity vs what isn't. I've tried alot of things, and I can honestly say that you learn rather quickly what's truly needed and what you can get by without.
Everyone kept talking about how important a good multi is, but I just didn't understand why pak was better than some of the stuff I had been taking. One day, I decided to pick up a can and now it's an everyday staple. I would run out of everything else before I let my supply of pak (or uni-liver) run low.

I started on the pak about 10 months ago...What got me started? In local supplement store one day, reading labels on the back of products, and came across the GIANT ANIMAL sign (animal pak tube)...At first i thought it was another typical product. THAT WAS UNTIL I READ THE INGREDIENTS! I loved the idea of it having a fatty acid complex along with a bit of a pump (argine) and the perfect amount of performance vitamins. This itself initially grabbed my attention.

Naturally, i just like to work out and stay in the gym for atleast 2 hrs (some say it's to long, I dont care i love liftin!)...other supplements like pre energy drinks weren't getting it done for me. But as soon as i gave these paks a try, RIGHT FROM THE FIRST PAK, it felt like they were givin me the same drive as these energy drinks but lasting longer in my system. Right then and there i knew these paks were NO JOKE. I was shocked as hell that a few pills were gettin the job done for me!!..The best part is they have digestive enzymes in them which helps process these vitamins in our system alot better. I'm one of those guys that look into all the ingredients and anayzle the hell out of it...In the end all i can say is animal PAK is the best total package multi-vit + endurance/performance guarantee i have ever taken. Yes, i said guarantee cause it really proved it self to me!!

Also i know Flex is not part of the promotion but i justed wanted to tell the reps Flex has been savin my ass for a while now...I have a shoulder seperation and a shady left knee. Flex's MSM ingrident is amazing...on days that i dont take this product i feel the misery from those joints comin back..The funny thing is, it's only Flex that helps...that MSM ingridient is a life saver!

I came across animalpak.com about a year and a half ago when I was looking for articles and advice dealing with offseason bulking. At this point in time I had never heard of animalpak supplements or even Universal nutrition. I gathered a good deal of information from this site and most importantly I realized it was time to include a multi vitamin in my diet that was manufactured for weightlifters, not for joe schmo couch potato. Thus, I biked to the closest vitamin shoppe and picked up my first can of pack at age 16...it's been a match made in heaven ever since and I have not looked back...

I stared PAK about a year ago. And what got me started Well I did some research and found PAK #1 or very high on a bunch of lists. So I gave it a try. BEST thing I ever done its the best. I get so much out of PAK. This may sound strange but I can tell if I didnt take my PAK that day. I love this stuff!!!!!!!! Hooked for life!!!!!!!!!

Instead of bumping I'll refine what I put. I started using animal pak 4 years ago during one of my training phases. Despite the fact I have over the past couple years trained and then stopped for a year Animal Pak has always been a constant for when I train. It's a omni-vitamin I trust(it makes normal multis cower hence the omni). I started using it since it seemed to have anything I might want/need in a vitamin and wasn't a giant throat crushing pill like some of the ones I was taking. I've been taking it since and more of the Animal line due to the fact I know it works and well at that. Plus the fact one of my favored bodybuilders is a rep for it.

ok, so I have to be honest with this post. I've been gettin into supplements for about two years now, and have been in love with Pump for about a year. However, when it comes to a multi, i've never had the money to drop on The Pak. I've always had to go with a sub par multi simply because I'm a college student without the money for a top quality multi like Pak! I would really love the chance to try Pak with the Big 88s because I know it could really help take me to the next level! This would be a big, helpful gift!

Although I definitely took up lifting much later in life due to my son showing an interest, I've recently become a big fan of the animal pak and the universal whey. They're the two foundations that my son and I have been taking to help speed the development of our muscular gains. I definitely feel much better when I'm taking the Pak because it's such a complete multi-vitamin and it's relatively inexpensive.

I definitely like the new pictures on the anmial cans too, they remind me of old school gyms where some of the toughest guys I know used to hang out years ago. Having the can sitting on the shelf by the window in the kitchen gets me hyped up to get back into the gym and really tear it up. The psychological effect of the can's pictures are very potent. I think I might have to get one of those shirts soon.

Very cool company, and definitely a great product. I'll be buying from them for a long time.

I started using Animal in High School. I used the original Animal Pak. Once I entered college, I found Animal Gro Pro, which worked wonders. Money got tight, so the supplements stopped being ordered. 2 months ago, I talked to an old friend in my local YMCA weightroom. I began taking Pak, started working out religiously and was turning my life around. Everything was going pretty well
until my Grandfather passed away, which I took very hard. I fought through that, as always the Iron was waiting for me.
The Iron always knew when I was hurt, and always took my punishment.
I was sidelined for awhile, I was involved in a car accident where I injured my neck, shoulder and back.
I was told I would never be lifting heavy again, and that I should stop wasting my time wanting to get back to the gym...

They honestly did not know the definition of an Animal..


I am now back at it, working harder than ever before, eating better than ever before. I have stopped all my bad habits and look nowhere but forward.
I have dropped 40lbs and I am currently 311.6lbs at 5’10” with a 38” waist. I think back to how I used to eat, and drink, it makes me sick just thinking about it.
It all started with Animal Pak for me. I have recently introduced a close friend of mine to Animal Pak, and he wants more.
I have also talked w/ the owner of my local gym and he is interested in selling Animal/Universal products. I have nothing but pure love for this company.

I want to thank you for allowing me to share my story, and to give proper thanks and the much deserved respect to Paul “The Barbender” Vargo. Sorry for the long post…

I started taking Animal Pak around 8 months ago after I decided to lose the weight I had gained from quitting smoking(3+ years and still not smoking). I joined some online forums and read about the great results that members were attaining using Animal Products. So I did some more research and then eventually bought a can of Animal Pak and have been hooked ever since. Been away from the gym and the forvm for a while now (little chaos going on with life in general), but came back and saw yet another outstanding promo being put on by the one and only ANIMALPAK!! I'm very greatful for what this company has done for me as I always attempt to better myself, and this promo is no acception.

Hi Animal, I hope you find this information useful, I owe you...

I started using Pak this month and word of mouth (or slight of hand then) on forums got me into the Animal Kingdom. When checking this web site I finally found what I was looking for. The information and delivery is perfect, with great emphasis on diet and training in every article, with the notion that supplements come third to those. And that in your products you create thoughtful combinations that have worked for people over and over again.

The forum has been very helpful and everyone here seems like a true Animal friend, a community I have not felt on other forums I am part of.

I have sorted out my diet and am training hard, and am getting PRecords nearly everytime, as I am new to this sport. I have decided on a couple of supplements to go around my diet, daily I take Animal Pak and already I feel less tired, more alert and my look, especially skin, is a lot better. I'll be honest I love the pack of pills, I like the idea of all of these great vitamins being released and used by my system should and when I need it.

I love Animal Pak, I think everyone does, and the no nonsense company. Thank you for this forum and the products

My first encounter with Animal Pak was back in high school, when I was 17. I was just starting to get into bodybuilding (as opposed to lifting for the sports teams) and a friend told me about it. Haha I'd take one in my last class period each day, cause I went and lifted right after school, and everyone in my class would look at me like, "What the fuck are those horse pills? Dude must be taking 'roids." LOL If only they knew the energy it gave me. I used to go lift for three hours and then run four miles. Now I know better, but I still get killer energy boosts from the pak.
