At least nowadays we have the new products like Shock Therapy, Storm, etc to help us to push harder along with the new Animal Stak, Cuts etc. I gotta say Universal is where it's at and where I'm gonna stay.

I started using the pak when I was just starting out....A small fry 125 pound kid with no knowledge or experience(And I also had self esteem issues too), and I have to say it turned my life around. I first started using animal pack in October of 2007. I had just moved to DC and didn't really know where to buy or get any supplements. Hell, upon reflection I really didn't know shit about training and nutrition compared to what I know now. Through a google search I stumbled on to bodybuilding.com, which led me to find animal pak and the forvm. I took the pak by itself for a couple of cans and really noticed a difference in my physique and lifting. From there I was hooked. This caused me to start doing intense research into dieting, nutrition, training, and supplementation. At the time I didn't know it, but looking back on that day I realize something inside of me changed. Taking that first can, opening it up, and swallowing my first pak was the day that I became an animal.

I first started getting back into shape after a terrible knee injury June 6, 2008. I bought protein, CLAs, and a fatburner, while eating clean and starting to workout. Something was missing and my progress didn't body didn't feel so good during the dramatic changes i was making. I knew i was missing something. i first used pak back in high school when i played football. my friends dad owned an exercise supply/supplement store so he set a few of us up with the basics for football camp the summer before my senior year. the basics included pak and some brand of whey i cant remember that tasted like shit. anyways, now i wasnt the most naturally athletic kid on the team, i was 5' 8" maybe 140 w/ any muscle cuz i ran track that spring, but i was definitely outperforming some of the more athletic guys. some i was out gaining in the weight room (climbed up to 155 ish w/ very little bf by the end of that summer, alot was muscle, some just size from growing), some i was out lasting out on the field. either way, pak was definitely fueling my body and kept me going. i truly believe that my success in football back in hs is largely attributed to pak, it kept my body from gettin run down from all the conditioning, hitting, and weight training.

I first started using the Pak about a year ago. I was searching around for some supplements on bodybuilding.com and I came across it through my search for a multivitamin. I noticed it was ranked as the top multivitamin on there, so I intrigued, I checked it out. First thing I noticed was the description of it and how it seemed so superior to the others. It just seemed so cool and hardcore that I had to order it.

When I received my order a few days later I couldn't believe how may pills were in the Pak. I'm sure some people get intimidated by it and don't stick with it, but instead for me it was love at first sight. I was just thinking about this the other day. I first starting taking the Pak about 2 weeks before I joined the forvm. I had never taken supplements of any kind previous to this and I really didn't know what to expect. I remember going into the GNC after class one day looking for some products to try. Walking in I could notice many flashy looking labels and pictures of pro bodybuilders next to shelves loaded with the next "big thing". I asked the guy at the counter what would be the best place to start and he told me about multivitamins. He showed me around to the area where they had them. I noticed many different smaller containers and upon reading the labels I seen that many of them were 1 or 2 capsules daily. The containers on the bottom shelf caught my eye. They looked as if they were kept away like some grand treasure waiting to be discovered. I asked what they were and he said they were the Animal Pak. Serious paks for hardcore lifters. I read on the label that there were many different pills inside individual packets. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed. While I held the barrel o' paks I remembered visiting the website during high school and reading Life is a Freakshow. Then I thought, that guy Machine takes these things. I had to buy them. So I did. When I got into the car I immediately opened the container and was overcome by the weirdest smell that had ever hit my senses. A smell that would later take over my room, as well as my urine. I thought with the first pak that I would notice immediate effects, as if I was going to feel more than human. Kinda like Popeye when he eats his Spinach. After a few weeks I began looking more and more at the website and became instantly hooked. I had been going through a rather tough period in my life. I was lost in life and was looking for a way out. While reading some of the articles in the living section, I started to turn things around. The more I read the more I thought to myself, Machine and G Diesel can take anything. So can I. I got signed up to the forvm and began PMing all the guys whose articles I had read. They were just as positive and enlightening as the articles they wrote. I remember G Diesel setting me up with a bench program the day I got in there. From that point on, I realized that with the proper state of mind and cutting edge supplements, I could go as far as my determination would get me. I set out to overcome lofty goals and I never looked back. I came on the forvm benching 315 pounds. During the next few months I was taken back by all the positive things members were saying to me and I know that together I could achieve anything. Through all the ups and downs I noticed a lot of changes with not only myself, but with others too. Their drive and determination has always helped me along the way. I will always be thankful for that. In time, I would rise to the rank of Henchman and then onto becoming a Watchman. It's my duty to help out on the forvm and keep this place a positive enviornment in which we all can learn. As of today, I've seen my body go through a lot of changes and I'm setting even higher goals. I know that these are attainable because I have the entire legion behind me and the support of some pretty hardcore supplements. I don't know where I would have been if I hadn't picked up that can of Pak from the bottom shelf. I know one thing for sure, looking back through the last year I feel an overwhelming sense of pride and accomplishment. For that, I will always be thankful that I have the drive and determination to push through anything, much like all those articles that I read so long ago. So what did the Pak do for me? It gave me a second chance. I will never let up in my pursuits and I will never stop giving the best of myself to the forvm, because so much has been given to me. To me, that's what "paying dues" is all about.

i started using animal pak when i first started lifting back in 1999. I was a scrawny 155lb guy (not ripped). I was trying anything I could to get big. However, the quick fixes never worked. I then sought the guidance of some experience veterans. They helped me understand the importance of good nutrition and dieting. What then came about was me using animal pak and whey. Out of all supplements available. I must say that Animal Pak is a staple. If you don't have your nutrition down, you can train as hard as you want all day everyday but won't see anything. This is not just a multi, it is a pak of everything you need to help fill in the nutritional gaps that accompany hard gut wrenching training.

when i first joined my gym i was very fat. I only did machines and stayed far away from the bench, because i was afraid of the bar falling on me. This one really big guy came up to me one day and said that he noticed me every day working my butt off and actually putting in time. He convinced me that if i wanted to get huge i had to push real weights around, and that machines would eventually limit my growth because my stabilizers werent being worked on that much.

when i heard this i took a look around and noticed that many of the smaller guys in the gym, the "bicep warriors" were the ones that only mostly did their arms and stayed on machines for everything else. it was at that point that i decided that, if i wanted to be big i had to grab life by the bar and push/pull my way to the top.

i started to deadlift and squat and bench, with help from that big guy in order to get my form right. he told me the basics of nutrition and that i should be taking a multi in order to make sure im getting all my vitamins and what not. he brought in a pak and told me to take it with my breakfast. From that point on, i started to look into animal pak and the other animal lines, thats when i noticed that none of these products are bullshit products, they serve their purpose and thats it. no fillers. its been three years since i started to take pak. i know i havent been in this game for very long (or on the forum for that matter) , but the time ive spent under the bar, the late nights at the gym, have been some of the best times of my life.

My freshman year of highschool, back in 2000, I received the Animal Pak owners manual in the mail with a can of Animal Pak...I would get yelled at in class for reading every page of the manual over and over instead of doing my school work. I first started using Animal Pak after going to a local ABC Event (Erie). After spending time with KC and another friend that tagged along for the session, we were talking about universal supplements and both of them stated that PAK was one of their favorites among all of the products universal sells. I usually take a generic Multi, but I had to give this a shot after sampling torrent and animal Pump.

I ordered up a small can of Animal Pak just to try out and see what I have been missing out on, and im glad I did because now It is a staple in my supplement stack. I got hooked when I decided to get back into shape in March of 2007... I was searching high and low for supplements to help me go from my stagering 280 (I would say well over 35% BF) to the guy that I used to be before my athletic days ended. I was sick and tired of being pathetic. So I wanted to keep things basic, as far as supps went. Pretty much eat food and get on a good multi. Everywhere I searched pointed to Animal Pak. Then I found this web-site, although I didnt become a member of the FORVM until this year, and started reading up. Animal was the way I wanted to be. So I placed my order and waited for its arrival. From the frist Pak I could tell a noticable differnce in energy and how I felt in general. Since that day I have taken Pak daily and the benefits have been great. I started the end of my freshman year at college. I was a frequent visitor to the Animal website back in 2002 and 2003 (long before the FORVM and the new website format). At the time, I was taking the cheap store-brand one-pill-a-day vitamins. In May of 2002, I had tried the original Stak with incredible results [I remember the dates I took Stak because that's the same time my daughter was born.] I started reading about the Pak on the Animal site and researched it elsewhere on the internet. I was taking this, I was taking that, shit who knows what the fuck I was taking lmao. I decided to do my first all natural show and devoted my life to the sport of bodybuilding on January 1st, 2008. New day, new year, fresh start. It was a learning process by doing as much research and studying that I could of the sport. Like i said in the first sentence, I thought I knew everything about supplementation from my previous experiences but came to realize I didn't know shit.

Long story short when it came down to preparation for my 18 week outing, I spoke with a few people and my trainer about supplements. This is when I was introduced to ANIMAL, mainly The Pak. I read, studied, and researched this wonderful supplement from A-Z. I read the comments and feedback from people/users/bodybuilders, and was amazed that this packet of 11 pills could quite possibly be the greatest supplement ever created.

It started for me with THE PAK, then FLEX, then PUMP, then NITRO, then OMEGA, then CUTS, and then STAK. I am/was hooked these supplements are a no frills no joke arsenal. I had been lifting seriously for about two months, and was steadily losing fat while gaining some strength, flexibility, and endurance. I wanted to maximize these losses and gains, so I asked my buddy Jake if there were any supplements out there that could help you lose fat while retaining muscle. My first can of Pak was free

I was 15, 5'9, and weighed 140 soaking wet. I was tired of being picked on for being the "skinny" guy in school. I was tired of being afraid of the so called "bullies" that roam the hallways of today's highschools that weigh 260-270 and arn't afraid to push the smaller man out of his way. I had to start feeling better about myself, I needed self confidence and I thought that lifting weights would provide me with that. My brother 4 years older than me use to work out regulary several years ago and we already had a homegym setup here. I remembered him taking some vitamins but I couldn't remember what. I went through the kitchen cabinets searching for ANYTHING that was left over. I moved some pots and pans and in the back I found an unopened, forgotton, full can of Animal Pak. This was my foot in the door. I found the number on the can for corporate, called up and asked them to tell me that these cans never got old. They obliged. After 15 minutes of forcing myself to swallow these humongous, horse-size muscle builders I decided that this was the lifestyle for me. And 30 minutes after taking the pak, I got my dads old pair of workout gloves, headed outside to our gym setup, and started training.

Here I am at 18, weighing in at a lean 230, hitting the weights 4 days a week without missing a beat, and without missing a animalpak. I can count on one hand the amount of workouts Ive missed since that faithful day. I remember the first time I saw an Animal advertisement in a magazine. It was the one saying 'Squat 'Til You Puke' - I remember looking at it, reading it and go WOW... what is this really? The black and white concept, the brilliant photography, the hardcore attitude attached to it all... what can I say.

Sad to say I don't remember exactly when I got my first can of the Pak. It was sometime in '05 or '06, and it was one of the old small cans containing 15 packs. And the smell of it - I thought it smelled like dog food, and I still do as a matter of fact! I love that special smell of quality.

The pak just gets the job done plain and simple, no fancy design needed. The pak has with stood the test of time and out performs every other product in the same category. Just happened upon a can of pak in a local vitamin shop, logged onto the site, and here I am. I've always been active, but didn't become a serious lifter untill I begsan reading on this forum. Just ordered my third stack built around the base pak, and plan on never looking back. After being directed here by U-Rep when inquiring on products and then doing research between here and there... I decided to throw out my Unnamed Store Brand one a days and step up to the plate.

If I was going to make my choices and changes, it was going to be head strong and with a fierce passion. I knew within a few days something was different, as I was feelig better, sleeping well... it was just a good damn feeling. Well, I signed up on this forum last year after seeing an inspirational ad in an old muscle mag, and the one of the first threads I saw was Pak Piss... Seriously, I was like what the F is this? Pak Piss? Whatever Pak is must be potent! I have been using The Pak or i like to call it the "staple" for over 4 years now. I started using Animal Paks back about 4-5 years ago. My father was big into powerlifting when i was a kid. I always saw his packs of pills lying around and that distinct smell (which I love). I was over my buddies house one day because He was into bodybuilding and I wanted to get into it. Well I smelt something so familiar...I started looking around and followed the scent...The scent led me to the side of his bed against the wall and down pressed between the baseboard and the leg of his bed was a can of Animal Pak (he had to hide them because his parents thought they were steroids lol). Seeing and smelling them for pretty much my entire childhood and then seeing and smelling them about 10 years later turned on a switch inside of me that i dont think will never turn off...I immediately went down to GNC where he told me to find them and picked up my first can. I also got a little card inside for a free Animal t-shirt but lost it but that's ok as I know have all the Animal T's including the Animal Jersy. And seriously, every morning when I wake up I take a whiff of my can of Animal Paks and no matter how bad I want to hit the snooze and get a couple more hours...I wake right up...eat my first meal with my Animal Pak and I'm ready to destroy whatever gets in my way for the next 15 hours until I find myself back where I began the day, in front of my dresser where I still take a whiff of my Animal Pak's but instead take my Animal Flex. Then as I lie down in my bed, I can almost feel myself getting bigger by the minute.

When I first started lifting seriously, I think I suffered from what most beginners do. The hype of neccessity vs what isn't. I've tried alot of things, and I can honestly say that you learn rather quickly what's truly needed and what you can get by without.
Everyone kept talking about how important a good multi is, but I just didn't understand why pak was better than some of the stuff I had been taking. One day, I decided to pick up a can and now it's an everyday staple. I would run out of everything else before I let my supply of pak (or uni-liver) run low.

i didnt kno a thing about weight lifting, but i kinda had a taste for it because of my father, as i got more involved, and i began looking into the supplements and diet for bodybuilding. i used to go to the supplement stores and animal pak always stuck out for some reason, i used to ask about the product, and the people used to tell me, oh its only a multi vitamin, but something about the yellow can that got me hooked. and i finally bought a can of animal pak, and then i saw the ads back when they had the journey ones up in the magazines.

I started on the Pak over 3 years ago. I believe it was May '05. Been on it ever since! All the other brands just did not make the cut. I found out about the Pak from a friend of mine who was helping me through a cut phase. He swore by 'em so I started the next day. 4 weeks later: that was the best cut of my life!
