For the last 2 years now i've had osgood schlatter disease in my right knee making it hard to attempt to squat and train my legs. For a while i was doing ok, making some nice gains going easy on them. But for the last 4-5 months i started getting some bad pain in my right heel bone, According to t he doc's i have developed plantar fasciitis due to walking awkwardly and putting more pressure on my heel rather than my knee because of the pain i get from osgood schlatter disease. Now when i look in the mirror my right quad has actually shrunk compared to my left one, no shit its about half the size.

Wondering if any of you guys have gone through anything similar, giving a brother some advice on if i should start training my legs again, and how to get my right leg catching up to my left one. Bearing in mind that i cant go heavy, and leg curls are a pain for my knee, everything else seems ok though.

one of my friends has this disease. hes very very athletic and had to really cut down on sports.
i think the only thing you can do is whatever you can, and not to go too heavy.

Yeah brother it sucks, but life goes on doesn't it.

Fuck the knee, it wont get the better of me. I'll do what i can, squats/leg presses/stiff legged deads/curls/calves etc. just avoid the extensions for now, since i cant psychically do them.
