and all the pains in muscles, joints, tendons and stuff when you get sick?

I hate not going to the gym but I feel like crap. Damn Flu

I sprained my thumb last weekend and I am pissed just having to work around that injury. It's amazing how much you can't do without your thumb.

That is crazy. It's like that with any bodypart, and you don't notice it until something bad happens.

pfff thumb, i sprained my neck the other day, u know how much of a pain in the ass it is to have to turn you whole body when you want to look at something, i feel like a damn robot.

and yea i have lost the use of my thumb before. Had my whole hand in a cast when i broke m knuckle, u never really know how precious opposable thumbs are until u lose em eh

I just went to the hospital yesterday morning for complete body exhaustion... 4 hours a night, of shitty sleep for months on end can really screw you up. =(

Gave me a super sleep pill, slept 17hours straight... got some good meds to hopefully get me some good deep sleep now.


*keeps fingers crossed*

hopefully you did a heavy session of legs before you went in, gotta get that GH flowing during those 17 hrs of sleep lol
