Hi all,
I'm new to the forums as you can tell this is my post since my introduction post. I am currently shedding some pounds after my bulk phase from Jan - May this year (can see some results from the link in my sig if interested). For my next mass building phase I am planning to go on the Test Explosion stack as I have heard many great things about the stack and have enjoyed each Animal product that I have tried so far (M-Stak and Cuts).
I have been training for approximately 3 - 4 years. I started up again in Jan after taking a long break. I'm currently 5'7 and approx 173LBS. I have normally been a pretty good gainer when it comes to putting on size. I have a solid diet which I believe is the most important aspect of it all.
I am looking to put together the best Mass Building routine while doing this Test Explosion and would value any input anyone was able to provide. I currently train on a 2 day split program which sometimes varies depending on how my body feels. If it needs another day of rest and I give it. During my bulk phases I always train to failure and usually do about 4 sets per exercise in the 12 - 6 rep range.....sometimes going to 4. I try to keep the major compound exercises in there as well.
For this mass building phase I was thinking about dropping some of my extra exercises that I usually do and mainly stick to jsut the compounds and hit them especially hard. With of course maintaining a high calorie , high protein diet.
My supplement stack is planning to consist of:
2 cycles of Animal Test and 2 cycles of Animal Stack at the same time.
Animal Pump
Animal Pak
Animal Flek
Animal Nitro
Universal Torrent
Fish Oil
Purple Wraath (if needed for Intra Workout)
Lots of foodz!!
If anyone has any suggestions or feedback to make maximum size gains on this stack I would greatly welcome it.
