View Full Version : Filling out chest. Target: Intercostals

Hey guys,

I'm at a real low body fat percentage and my abs are popped and swole from the work I've been doing on them.

What I'm looking for is some help keeping my chest from looking too ribby. I need to hit my intercostals, what exercises directly or indirectly hit intercostals. From my knowledge of exercises I'm pretty damn sure theres know direct intercostal exercise so what can I do in general to hit it.

Let me know how I can hit 'em boys

try incline and flat DB flies. that should work.

Squat heavy and gain some overall size. Don't forget your pullovers as well.

Thanks for the input.

And no I won't argue against not weighing as much as a twig, but being my leanest possible during the summer is a good feeling. Definitely not cutting as much for next summer.

Barbell work, flies, pullovers, and don't forget overall mass builders....squats and deads. That should pack it on, oh and eat big!

if you have trouble with pullovers, try kneeling rope pulls. you'll feel em
