My new favorite bulk food. This shit is amazing, comes in a tin and packs over 25grams of protein, 250cals, 15grams of fat per 100 gram serving. And cheap here too.
Mix that shit up with some potatoes and you've got yourself a low budget high quality bulk meal.
Time to dine brothers.

Corned Beef Hash, a childhood staple of mine.

Yeap, pretty good, one of my fav's now on the Anabolic diet. Instead of potato I just use some green pepper slices! As for out of the diet on a bulk, try them with ripe plantains...
