so football is coming up, and i need to get in shape, but im a little confused on how i should manage my running time. I was thinking of doing HIT style running, but im not sure what days, my split looks like this.
monday tuesday wednesday thursday friday saturday sunday
back off chest/bis off legs shoulders/tris work
sunday is sorta an offday because i dont have that much time, i sleep till like 12-2, and work from 4-10, ya i only work once a week, im lazy, but i dont really need money.
i wasnt sure how running hard would effect my leg training, so i dont know if i want to run thrusday or saturday, dont really know what to do.
