Okay... The Washington Natural is behind me, and it's time to get ready for the Fort Lewis Bodybuilding Championships in May... I'll be putting on size (Muscle) as much as I can, and will start cutting sometime in January, depending on what I'm told to do... I'm very excited to be doing a show, where I don't have any real traveling to do...

Just F.Y.I., for those of you that are familiar with my daily routine, the 2 sessions of Puppy Power Walking are a constant... (1 hour session of walking my Black Lab, Igor, on hilly terrain with a 30 lb vest...) And, tonight will be an evening of chainsawing the rest of a tree that fell during the day of my last show... Cutting, splitting, and stacking...

Great to have ya!!! For some odd reason, Deads seem to bring severe pain to my back without any benefit... I may try them again, after a couple of weeks, just to make sure it wasn't a form issue...

Definitely looking forward to legs, tonight... I was given some ideas for the evening, and we'll see what happens... As far as what's for dinner... Well... Sunday was an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet... 4 biscuits and gravy, 2 slabs of prime rib, a plate of seafood fettucini, crab legs, 2 slices of choclate-peanut butter pie... Oh, and a plate of roasted potatoes... That was followed up later with a visit to Codstone Creamery, for a TON of ice cream... Maonday's big thing was spaghetti... Tonight, it's burritos!!!

Next week, I'll be throwing in cardio 3x per week... Most of this is just the rebound from going back on carbs, again... It'll taper off in a couple of days...

I truly appreciate that, bro... Most of it, is going from zero carbs and sips of water for an extended period of time, to 2 gallons of water and a reasonable/high amount of carbs... The body gets greedy for a bit, and once it realizes that you're not going to take it away, anytime soon it gets more "normalized"...

The only thing that got done was the puppy walking... We had a potluck at work, yesterday... And, by the time I got home... Let's just say I had an issue with body fluids wanting to escape my body... Others from work are dealing with the very same issue, today... So, hopefully, tonight I'll hit those bi's and back!!! I've just been pushing fluids...

Sadly, I did not get any gym time in, due to my wife's illness... I had to take her to the hospital on friday, and after an overnight stay, LOTS of I.V. fluids, and compazine... She is on the mend... But I pulled double duty on the Puppy Power Walks, as I had to walk Mozart (Her rottweiller...) as well as Igor (My black lab....)... But, tonight will be cest and tri's...

Woke up sunday morning to a broken water heater... So, after tweaking my back and pulling an ab muscle, I lifted it off the pedestal, and wheeled it out... Went to Lowe's, got a new one... Loaded it on the truck, got home... Wheeled it back in, and lifted it back UP onto the pedesal... Reattatched everything, and got the gas turned back on... Then played lumber jack for 4 hours... Cutting, splitting, and stacking... (I've almost filled a 20x15x7 foot shed....)

No, I'm not dead... Busier than a one-legged waitress/waiter at an IHOP... Yes... As we all know Intra Aid was introduced to the masses, and I've been lucky enough to get a chance to use it and play with it a bit... (Great stuff, and a hell of a lot of fun to play with...) But, I've also been busy with duties, and a "death" in the family... Our armidillo "Arthur", saw fit to leave us (Without permission...) On Thursday evening... First time in my life doing CPR on an armidillo... 2nd time on a wild animal... (We had an AWESOME raccoon, named MEEKO, that I tried to do CPR on, as well...) dd2inxs' 20 year high school reunion was this weekend, and I've been a bit busy doing my husband duties with that... But, rest assured, that I am finding time to hit the weights, and take care of business... Sorry for the delay in updates, but I PROMISE that things will return to normal this week...

Okay... Another update... I've spent the past 2 days of new and un-recommended program...
Puking without squats... Great for the abs, but takes a toll on the rest of you... And definitely sets back your nutrition... After 2 days of leaving offerings at the altar of "The Porcelain God..." I can tell you that this program sucks!!! But on a brighter note, I'm feeling much better today... But there's no appetite...
