hi to all recently i incorporated a strength day.u know the days that makes or breaks.any ways i warmed upand went for it.now heres the routine
bench press:60kg 4 reps
squats:75kg 8 reps(pretty light)
second set:75kg 5-8 cant remember
deadlifts:75kg-8 reps again pretty light
dealifts second setsame weight 10 reps.
now this is first time i do this.i plan to do it every 4-6 weeks.ive been lifting for two years my strong bodyparts are legs and back and im a firm believer in squats.can u give me some advice thanks to all

I don't understand the question. And what is this strength day that makes or breaks? Makes or breaks what exactly?
Finally, I'd like you to place your hands on the keyboard. Pointer fingers on the F and J. Now, with your pinky (whichever one you prefer), reach down and away from your pointer fingers. There you will find the SHIFT key. That is what allows you to CAPITALIZE letters.

hey buddy thanks for the post the strength day that u asked me about its a day when u test ur one rep max u know or how much u can lift for a given amount of reps.
Ah I see... What kind of advice are you looking for?
It's good that you're squatting and deadlifting but you should add some more back exercises. Chin ups or lat pulldowns and some rows would definitely benefit you. Check out some of the routines on the main animalpak site!

thanks once again usually i bench squat and deadlifts on these days.i add another bodypart and train but not as much volume .can u please give me some advice on how to warm up how many sets etc.much appreciated thanks alot.
