I've been eating this for breakfast on leg days or heavy DL days for back...good to swicth things up and tastes pretty good...
Take 5 whole eggs, cup of oats, scoop or protein powder, and I throw in some cinnamon. (If you can think of something else that sounds good go for it) and some splenda. Mix it all together throw in waffle iron and i spread natty pb and strawberry sugar free jelly on them and go to town!
comes out to around 70 g of protein (depends what pro powder you use) and around 55 g of carbs

I have to go out and buy a waffle iron just for this recipe, for my personal sanity I would use all egg whites, but this def sounds great during the off season!

I started a b-fast thread, you should def post this there!

Damn it! First thing tomorrow morning I'm gonna buy a waffle iron! This sounds soo nice.

Maybe add some fat free milk too? The batter sounds quite dry :)

Cheers,
